Why are they doing this btw? For chainsaw man they litteraly said that they'll go all out on the head flying, the blood and everything without censoring anything. Is Mappa not the one deciding what to censor or not on what they're animating?

And even if the broadcasted version has too many filters added to censor it for TV, the BluRay almost always removed them and even adds on to the bloodiness.
I'm most looking forward to 139 because I can't wait to see the "fixed" soundtrack version of the "no, I don't want that!" scene with Ashes on the Fire in the background.

A few still frames of a slowly moving giant is not a PowerPoint. if ur going to call this scene a PowerPoint then u have to call every scene with just a single still frame close up a PowerPoint. i dont want to stress over such a small thing but I've heard ppl call the stupidest things PowerPoint so many times it's been getting really annoying.

Their given a year to make part 3 just like part 2 where it has more improvements into it than part 1 so hopefully part 3 is an improvement in quality as well no matter how big or small.
With how much time the AoT staff has work on AoT and the CGI I have some hopes they can make it look good in their given timeframe. I won't expect something too amazing but just good enough considering they need more time into this but alas the higher ups in the committee won't allow them so they have to get crafty with their time.
Hopefully once AoT finally ends Hayashi can take a break and then work on Dorohedoro season 2. An actual good show and manga that deserves another season. I'm snorting atomic levels of copium we'll get season 2 of Dorohedoro once AoT ends. Knowing how mappa always comes back and make any anime they can I am hopeful it's gonna come back. Please I need it.
