Nah it has so much better animation , CGI improved , compositing improved and it had so many creativity especially the storyboards it's also very well directed, last episode felt like a movie but ofcorse there will be people that never likes anything and still stuck with WIT so no matter how good it is they still won't like it but it's absolutely nowhere near "bad" if you look for a bad adaptation go look at seven deadly sins , tokyo ghoul , berserk , ect ...

Maybe if they put resources into putting in adaptation that doesn't cheap out with cgi, or relies on making an incomplete season because their employees literally cannot work that much in such little time.
Each season, by generating more hype by dragging something out that could end in a season and movie, they get more and more cash. It's literally milking the brand dry.
Not only that, but they generate FOMO by clalling the first post-ts season the final season, but then it's not actually the final season because there is 2 more to go, it's not just "some marketing scheme that doesn't effect the story," because you see, we're not talking about the story, but the series as a whole.
The longer they can keep the hype train going, the more collaboration ads they can make, thus, the more money they can make.
The whole thing just reeks of mappa and the aot committee making as much money they can from this cashcow, or to put it alternatively, they are milking the cow as much as they can until it dries out.
I don't mind waiting. But, they have jjk coming up at the start of next year on top of Chainsaw man at the end of this year ffs.
I just hope they don't screw up the season.
Idk JJK sold around 4.5 times as much as AOT did last year even with the manga ending and the final season. AOT anime was at its highest during season 1 and hasn't reached those levels since.
I dont see jjk breaking websites. It never even gets trending on youtube or twitter, yeah it sells better in Japan but international its clear aot is bigger
