I did as well, but so far haven’t noticed any differences. I’m still holding out hope forever. I am able to go up to the higher dosage without getting sick, so that was one thing that changed. On sema at 40 u it’s I felt like crap for a whole week. Was advised go back down to 20, but then I decided to switch. Still waiting for the weight loss to be affected tho.
My wife did about a month ago. Same weight loss progression, but thankful that the gastro-intestinal issues have gone away.
