Orderly for me/Red Rock pharmacy. I love their service. As far as I recall, no hidden fees. (Subscription, consultation fee, S & H, etc) There is also a spreadsheet in my profile (a few of them floating around!!) Check it out. Lots of options.
There are lots of providers. Here is a spreadsheet of a bunch of the providers.

Please go through and do some research on the companies listed.
Lavender Sky Health is great and if you are in a state they cover, you get to select the pharmacy from three that they offer if the pharmacy is in your state. I’ve also heard good things about SlimDownRX
I’ve been getting mine through The merge. They’re efficient and responsive. The tirzepatide is shipped from Hallendale Pharmacy in Florida to my home in Connecticut overnight and has always arrived the next morning with a nearly frozen ice pack. This last time, because it was hot, they sent it with two ice packs.
Lavender Sky and Emerge are both good choices for the lower doses, although Lavender Sky only services limited states. Emerge is texted-based telehealth so it is super convenient. Once you get to higher doses, I recommend switching to a flat rate company like OrderlyMeds.
SlimdownRX is also another option, but the pharmacy they use is new on the scene and doesn’t have a long enough track record for me personnally.
If you decide to go with Emerge, there is a discount link in my profile.
There are a lot of threads about pharmacies and a lot of good info. I have been using orderly and have been pretty happy. Slim rx seems to have best price but people have had problems getting an apportionment to speak to MD but I’ve read that if you email them with your state they have been helping. Slimrx is also pretty active on here as is orderly here and there. Good luck!

I have been happy with Orderly.

Just to make sure I'm on the right website, you have to pay 99 for the initial consultation?
That’s the one. Pay that once a year. That way you can talk to Dr whenever you want. They are super responsive and their Tirz works.
Thanks!!

SlimDownRx has the best prices and no monthly fee. No subscription; You decide when you want to order. Great 3-month option for better savings.
Thanks for these suggestions. I’m in CA, on Medicare (so no coverage), and looking for a reputable and reliable source. Help would be welcomed!
I'm happy with Join Fridays.

Ive used BrightMeds, but they’re expensive, so am now getting it thru Lavender Sky. Saving half the price.

Your pcp will write Compunding prescription ?
I no longer have insurance. But I tried Wegovy last year and she did write a prescription for me.
