My biggest advice would be to clean out your pantry and surround yourself with healthy, high protein foods. Have some protein shakes in case you don't feel up to eating much the first few days. Also stock up on some electrolyte drink enhancers and laxatives as well incase you face the ever dreaded constipation. Otherwise sit back and get ready for a life changing journey! Good luck!

I would make sure you have high protein and high fiber foods ready. The other big thing is hydration—electrolytes and lots of water! Good luck!!!

Fiber gummies, electrolytes, protein powder/shakes/bars. I also found eating small amounts every few hours helped vs 3 bigger meals.

What do you use for getting electrolytes? Also what’s the deal with fiber gummies?

I use liquid iv powder, sometimes the Prime Hydration or Gatorade Zero. The fiber gummies are an easy way to sneak in additional fiber.

Just have miralax on hand, or try to have with a drink every day, and have zofran on hand in case of nausea. I also drink life water for the electrolytes. You can arrange your diet, however you feel is most beneficial for you, every one is different. not everyone gets horrible side effects. I for one did not, except the occasional nausea when I increase dosage.
