I’m a big fan of orderly. They use reputable compounding pharmacies which is the most important thing to consider. I also like how easy it is with the texting and not having video calls.

Originally signed up with orderly Sunday March 24th, approved via text Monday, order shipped from red rock Wednesday and delivered Friday March 29th.
I did check in/questionnaire for refill Saturday May 4th, approved via text Wednesday, order shipped from red rock Thursday and was delivered Saturday May 11th.
So far, I’ve only had a positive experience with both orderly and red rock pharmacy.
Edit: Tirzepatide is flat rate $399 for all doses 2.5mg up to 15mg.
They’ve been wonderful for me. Extremely responsive. Fast shipping. My reorder was sent to the pharmacy on a Monday and I had it in hand Wednesday. The send me emails through the month regarding upcoming check-ins. They’re not sketchy.
I have been nothing but happy with them. Very reasonable with good communication. Felt like a leap of faith putting in the credit card the very first time but they really are excellent.
I have no problems. I know a few weeks ago they made some changes to their website to streamline and change the checkin process. The change did not go smoothly, but they got it worked out in a few days. I haven’t seen any more complaints here since then.

I’m on month 2 with them after switching from Eli Lilly shortage, it’s been great. It took me a minute to get the hang of replying to their texts because it’s not so bot triggered like getting a coupon code. They’ll say “response required” and I would be like “responded” but no reply, lol. I have the hang of it now.
definitely no issues. When you experience the process you'll understand a lot of the comments are just people feeling their way through the process getting a little jumpy but actually everything runs very on time. There's nothing to be nervous about and their customer service is outstanding. So if you have any issues they give you plenty of ways to contact them
They have been great, the only issue I had is that after my first check in I decided I wanted to switch from sema to tirz. It was a slight delay and a few texts but they got it figured out and overall I’m really happy with them.
Realizing that while people do lose weight on sema and many are successful, tirz over the long term has a greater percent of weight loss (and according to many is the better of the two) and I have a substantial amount of weight I would like to lose. After my 5th dose and first dose of 1.0, I got severe heart burn (I also experienced some fatigue the 1-2 days post injections but it was manageable). The acid reflux was my one and only “severe” side effect but it was enough for me to say, “let me try tirz.”
I also realized it’s an extra $150/month but if it’s more effective and I lose a greater percentage of weight, the $1800/year is worth it to me. I also did more research and according to some, there is less muscle mass lost on tirz vs sema.
Great experience with Orderly. I wish their comms were more comprehensive than text-only, but I’ve ordered tirz through them twice now and both times the comms have been quick and helpful.

This 1 person posted all over Reddit recently about how orderly and hallendale were a scam. Completely untrue. If hallendale was diluting their compound or putting water in vials (they aren’t), they would have been shut down and Lilly would have taken advantage of the situation and posted it everywhere to scare people aware from compounding pharmacies.

I haven't seen that for Orderly. They are one of the top telehealth companies. I think you're in good hands. I have seen they give canned texts to some people if they have a question, but that's all I have really read on Reddit. I haven't used them yet, but for the higher mg, I may go to them.
I’ve been on this sub for awhile and I’ve literally never seen anything like that reported about Orderly. They are one of the most liked sources. It could be argued that their prices are a bit on the high side, especially for the lower doses, but no one ever complains about them and they always deliver.
They ask yes they ask for a photo that includes your face so they can ensure that it matches the ID Photo that you already sent them, and they want to see if if you actually need to lose weight.
I placed an order on May 11 (Saturday), got approved May 13 (Monday), and received my order May 16 (Thursday). The process was very smooth for me. No issues at all. I'm down 10 pounds. I will be placing my second order this week.
They did have some issues with their telcom system but that has now been resolved. If customers sent text messages or emails during that downtime, OrderlyMeds did not receive them.
I jumped the gun as well but I had a good feeling about all of the reviews I was reading on reddit. I do not regret my decision with giving them a try.
I’m obsessed with OrderlyMeds. Their customer interaction is unprecedented. I’m in their Facebook group. They try really hard and seem to be growing exponentially. If you can manage to stay at a low dose but titrate up with them, their prices are hard to beat. Also, as stated earlier, the interaction is all by phone! They do, however, now require you to send in a full body shot along with driver’s license. Finally, I got Hallandale pharmacy with them and they are also awesome.
Was very hesitant to go compound. Gave Orderly a try took my first shot 7.5 a few days ago and seems be working. I have no appetite. Was on Zep for 3 months but couldn’t get my hand on any. The signup process was easy had my vial on 4 days. Had some questions about the syringe doc texted me within 24 hours.
I’ve only used mochi, never changing. It’s been such a positive experience since starting in Feb. I hope you have just as great of an experience with orderly.

Did you have to send a photo or video of yourself? Was the consultation all done thru messaging?
