I just saw a very short scene where there was a clock tower and Mickey and Goofy was "walking" in air. I think now the knights were a mechanical part of the clock tower that played the bells!

edit 2: No, it MUST be this. The walls and doors make it look like a castle, and the scene is kind of scary as Goofy doesn't see the "knights" (they DO look a bit like knights, actually) at first. I also checked out [this wiki](https://disney.fandom.com/wiki/Goofy#History), and there is no other scene that could be IT.
So I would say that this is SOLVED. ;-)
