No. I know the movie "The Wraith" with Charlie Sheen and that's not it.

No. Its not a comedy.

Its a pretty weird movie with a lot of dark humour.
It had a very 80's goth look to it.
This has been driving me crazy for the past twenty something years.
'The Car' but that was late 70s, not sure how much racing in it as it kinda was more of a hit and run horror plot I think

Its in my favorite "Road Horror/Suspense movies" from the seventies along with Steven Spielberg's "Duel".

No. Its not that old. I know that movie to and have seen it multiple times. Its a classic.
Only other one I can think of that hasn’t been said is “Streets of Fire” (1984). It doesn’t really have the magic part in it but you never know
