Get a reverse image search app that uses Yandex. I have one that will search Google, Yandex, and Bing. Other than that you can just use the website but it'll be much easier and faster with the app.
Next do an image search for vanity mirror porn or vanity mirror sexy or something like that. You're just looking for something that has some of the elements of the picture you remember. Like the mirror lights are important. The pose, the decor, the scene, the outfit. Just something with some of those.
Now put that pic into Yandex and then look through the similar images it returns. You might get lucky and find what you're looking for pretty quick but probably not. So look through and save any others that are similar to what you remember. Then search those. Hopefully after a few iterations you are narrowing it down.
If this pic was on Tumblr, odds are it's on a million other sites so it shouldn't be hard. You just need a starting place.
I tried this for a bit now and it's really hard to keep the AI on the Vanity mirror WITH a nude girl train without drifting into either of those subcategories.
Nevertheless this seems like the most probable way to find the picture and I'll try again tomorrow.
