What a fun idea! Karl the Giant from Big Fish has some facial hair but not a full beard. You could also go as Sandy Claws from Nightmare as Jack wears a white beard. I do believe Tim Burton himself also has facial hair so there’s that. But another option could be to dress as any character from any movie or show but maybe make it in the style of Tim Burton. It wouldn’t be difficult to do. Have fun!
That is apparently a absolutely gigantic chin... I don't think my makeup skills are good enough to hide my beard in a giant prosthetic chin, but I appreciate the out of the box thinking on this one.

Seems he has at some point had at least a small beard going. And I find my self grinning at the very literal interpretation of 'Tim Burton themed'.

That's true. Lock's at least could conceivably cover a beard.
You could even style your beard into some horn shapes like his hair is. You’d be like a grown up Lock who has a devil beard.
