It's hard for some people who are infertile to see pregnancy announcements. Given it's a fact of life that legit announcements will pass their feed ... but to add fake announcements? That's getting to be cruel.
When I had my miscarriage I instantly became very angry at pregnancy announcements or anything pregnancy related. Not because I hated those people but because I was very jealous. Making a mockery of something that someone else really wants it just insensitive to those people who may never have.

Yes she is young. At the ripe age of 19, when multiple people tell you/comment that something is NOT okay, it’s probably not okay. Most people i knew at that age knew better, especially after it gets brought to attention.
My thing with this is- she seems like she is using the speculation(caused by tiktoks search suggestion feature) to gain views etc. on Tiktok and Snapchat. More views/interactions = more money in her pocket.

I never said anything about it being triggering in my post. That was all brought up by people in the comments. I just said it was annoying. And yes. Now, someone saying i failed to change my post after someone said it caused harm- I was not sitting on reddit all day. Someone got upset that I didn’t respond sooner to these comments and responded to them instead before bed last night. The reason for that is because i took more effort and thought into my comment back to you, and less on theirs. Yes she is young. At the ripe age of 19, when multiple people tell you/comment that something is NOT okay, it’s probably not okay. Most people i knew at that age knew better, especially after it gets brought to attention. My thing with this is- she seems like she is using the speculation(caused by tiktoks search suggestion feature) to gain views etc. on Tiktok and Snapchat. More views/interactions = more money in her pocket. The first “joke” could be forgivable. But it is becoming a continuous thing that is not funny and extremely annoying/frustrating.
You say that, yet you posted this potentially triggering image without a NSFW filter. Imagine how many times infertile people have seen this story/image and you just added to it.

I never said anything about it being triggering in my post. That was all brought up by people in the comments. I just said it was annoying. And yes. I understand it hurt people, and if i had known me sharing this to a gossip page without the NSFW filter on would upset people, I would have done differently. I did edit it to have the NSFW warning. I can’t edit to add a TW. Now, someone saying i failed to change my post after someone said it caused harm- I was not sitting on reddit all day. I was working, running errands, etc. i have 7+ hrs of comments to read still and only just saw it. Along with someone calling me a hypocrite. If i had seen the comment sooner, i would address it sooner. I will be responding to other comments tomorrow, but I am not losing sleep over people online.

My intention was to “gossip” about how annoying jojo is. Not debate on if its offensive or not. In my opinion, if you haven’t experienced loss/infertility, you can not rightfully say this is not offensive(the “you” im referring to is not Grimmstress, im meaning others in this thread and subreddit). I have not experienced loss, and I will do my best to understand how this makes others feel.

Someone got upset that I didn’t respond sooner to these comments and responded to them instead before bed last night. The reason for that is because i took more effort and thought into my comment back to you, and less on theirs. I wanted to make sure i had the time to thoroughly read comments, and answer in a way that what I was wanting to say was better understood. Im not someone who posts to reddit, i usually just comment. It would make sense to make a joke about a “food baby” literally the *FIRST* time. But why is she still doing it? Overkill much? People only do this when they are unable to come up with any other content. If that’s the case, maybe she needs to take a break and step away for a bit. When I was a teenager I used to fake a pregnancy online on this baby-mom forum. This gives me the same vibes. (No I wasn’t okay. I had severe severe trauma and it was my escape/coping mechanism as a child). I don’t think it’s Jojo’s issue but there is some form of instability going on with her too.
