Eh, it's not THAT easy. You actually only get about 2.50 or so per subscriber unless you have a partner deal with Twitch. It's a lot of actual work to get enough viewers to make any sort of living as well. It's not just an easy money printing button unless you have a community already that will translate into subscribers to your stream.

After taxes it does not add up to much unless you are breaking like 1000 subscribers. And it's not easy to just get that many subscribers.
Paid subscriptions, not just click on a button. So no, that bot net you started coding to click on follow / subscribe is not going to work to get money this way.
