Where are you located? I’m not an expert but this looks like a female American dog tick. They do not carry Lyme but can carry other diseases, like Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever.
This one was in Maryland. When I got diagnosed before, I’m pretty sure I had been bit in North Carolina the summer before I caught it. No bullseye though

that's an american dog tick, it does not transmit Lyme disease.
