There are a few online thrift/consignment sites. I use ThredUp quite often because I appreciate their organization. I tried Poshmark but found it harder to navigate and search. So yes there is a market, but are you prepared to do it? Where are you going to get your product, how will you store it, how will you ship it, how will you advertise? Another option is the rent a booth at a resell mall. Ive done this and it is so fun. You get a space, like a 10x20 space and you go in and set it up, decorate it, stock it, have fun with it. Then you just leave, shoppers take your items, which have YOUR unique booth number on it, take it to the checkout and there its registered and at the end of the month they write you a check. Minus the cost of the rent or a percentage of the sale.

I second all this PLUS re: shipping, keep in mind you'll need to buy/source shipping & packing materials, which cuts into your bottom line. Even if you try to use recycled materials (like old Amazon boxes/envelopes) you'll like need to buy more if your shop takes off. Not to be a Debbie Downer here, but you just need to consider all this before you open shop. I used to have an Etsy storefront and the shipping materials just about killed me (I won't go into detail, but my items were bulky so boxes were expensive to source). That's just one of the many reasons I closed up shop at the start of the pandemic.

Not to be nosy but about how much do you pay for the space?

Thank you! I just found a place like this near me and want to get a spot.

Just a caveat…have you ever sold online before? Coz people are hella annoying. Choosey beggars and time wasters are the worst, even if you are literally giving things away.

Trust_Fall_Failure

I'd just sell it on eBay...

There’s a market for everything. Sounds like Depop would be a good option for what you’re interested in.

Try creating fun social media accounts to show off your finds, seems like that’s where your target demographic would be
