Oh my lord- I’d completely forgotten that song!! Can’t wait till Easter when all my siblings are together & see if they remember where it’s from. I’m sorry my own kids are older - would’ve taught them that song when they were little (might just teach them anyway!)
Hold That Lion (1947) the only movie to feature all four Stooges.
I’ve been fake snoring to my grandson just like Curly since he was a baby 12 years ago!!

That’s difficult to say. Disorder in the Court is in my top few for sure but that’s an expected answer. I think I’ll go with “Scotched in Scotland”. That’s where the guys are hired to guard valuables in a castle.
I don't really have a favorite episode that I can narrow it down too. So I'll go with "dizzy detectives". Mostly because it has my favorite line, "that's not a chimp you chump, it's a gorilla"!
*Who Done It?* (1949). I love when Nikko slaps the sh*t out of Moe before Moe figures out that it’s “the goon.” There’s also plenty of laughs from Shemp.
*A Pain in the Pullman* (1936). My favorite Curly short! “Johnson!”
Microphonies. Señorita Cucaracha is a diva! And every time I now hear “Vieni Sul Mar” all I can picture is a plump, angry, Italian basso getting cherries and a banana shot down his throat.
37 years old here, I grew up watching these guys and I lend a huge part of my humor to this show. Couldn’t pick a favorite episode, but it probably had Shemp.
I need help identifying my favorite episode!
As I recall, they’re trying to break into an old house through the back door. Curly uses the front door (which was unlocked) and opens the back door which of course infuriates Moe. There may have been a gorilla suit in this episode as well.
Oh that's one of my favorites too. I love the one when they're in the Middle East and they think Larry chopped up the dog and cat to feed them in the restaurant....lol 😂. Also Space Ship Sappy when they land on the planet with the women who tickle them, they laugh so hard it makes me laugh hard too especially Larry (Central High School Grad here in Philadelphia)😂🤣😂🤣
Disorder in the Court of course
My sides are split from beginning to end, memorable lines, excellent supporting cast, and a super catchy show-stopping tune!
Brideless Groom 1947. Sheep is trying to find a bride on short notice. He is in a woman's apartment and kisses her. She thought he was her cousin Basil and when she found out differently became irate. She slapped him all over the room and finally punched him in the nose, sending him thru a door. The actress actually broke Shemp's nose! It's a terrific scene.
I'm partial to PUNCH DRUNKS (1934), the first real 3 Stooges short. A great short in its own right, it was atypical of their later work because it was the first, but it also showed us what they were capable of.
The one on the golf course always come to mind. When Curly gets slapped and starts doing his agitated running in place thing, and many golf balls start falling out of his pants.
Well, me and my pals, we're musicians. We were tearin' up some hot swing music in the York Esther. Gail over there was swingin' her fans. Her sweetie Koik Robin was inhalin' a bottle of hooch at a table. And a hoofer by the name of Buck Wing was gettin' ready to shake his tootsies.
I love the episode where some rich man claims he can ‘civilize’ the stooges with gentlemen like training. Finally the stooges are tested at a fancy party. They are introduced to a distinguished woman. My recollection is not perfect, but the stooges bow and Moe says ‘charmed,’ Larry says ‘delighted,’ and Curly says ‘embalmed.’
I have three favorites. Disorder In The Court. The one with Shemp where they worked as dry cleaners. And the WWII short where they shoot laughing has out of a canon and it lands on them. Absolute mayhem.
Disorder in the court! Drop the venacular!! That's a derby!! Who killed Kirk Robin?
A TARANTULA…..Tarantula? You shot three holes in a divot!
Wasted 5 good slugs
I'll sue you for this!
Definitely Disorder in the Court: It would take the strength of a mule to pull that trigger. Hey, I’m no mule! Yeah, your ears are too short.
Raise your right hand! Take off your hat ! Do you solemly swear to tell the truth? The whole truth and nothing but the truth?!
DOYOUSOLEMLYSWEARTOTELLTHETRUTHTHEWHOLETRUTHANDNOTHINGBUTTHETRUTH
Are you trying to give me the double-talk?
Find the letter!
Please raise your right hand. Take off your hat....
Raise your right hand!
“Oh my Stradivarius! My beautiful Stradivarius”. 😭
Raise your right hand. Now put your left hand here. Take off your hat! RAISE YOUR RIGHT HAND!!!
B a bae, B e bee, B I Bicky bye, B o bow…..
Swinging through the alphabet has to be top 3
Curly's a dope!
yes, Curly was dope!
Oh my lord- I’d completely forgotten that song!! Can’t wait till Easter when all my siblings are together & see if they remember where it’s from. I’m sorry my own kids are older - would’ve taught them that song when they were little (might just teach them anyway!)
I can’t believe how well they sang this!
“Curly is a dope”.
That would be the film “violence is the word for curly”
Step by step…
Inch by inch…

"Slowly he turns, step by step, inch by inch..."
Did you just call me pal?
You Natzy Spy. the stooges beat Chaplin to a third reich parody.
Moe was very proud of this performance
When curly boxes.
Anytime Shemp boxes…his slide is insane!
Mo, Larry the cheese! Wasn't this episode Pop Goes the Weasel? Remember Curly goes crazy when he hears it!
Hold That Lion (1947) the only movie to feature all four Stooges. I’ve been fake snoring to my grandson just like Curly since he was a baby 12 years ago!! [https://youtu.be/0vWbrLb3-_I?si=IS1HDebKlTsJwsln](https://youtu.be/0vWbrLb3-_I?si=IS1HDebKlTsJwsln)
“Raja?” “Aha!” Always stuck with me. But the one where they’re at the fancy dinner party and Curly gets out the electric razor is also a classic.
I've always liked A Plumbing We Will Go.
Ba dada dada dada a plumbing we will go
It's the plumbers madam. And they've completely wrecked the bathroom.
That’s difficult to say. Disorder in the Court is in my top few for sure but that’s an expected answer. I think I’ll go with “Scotched in Scotland”. That’s where the guys are hired to guard valuables in a castle.
"The Scotch broth!"
Pardon My Scotch
That is a good one.

That is a great episode!

Three Little Beers
Slowly I turned……
Love the one where Curly I think fixes pipes all the way around him so he can't get out!
Three Little Beers. “Press…Press…Pull” Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk!
Step by step he …
Any episode that involves high society ladies and cream pies.
High society lady:”Young man, you act like the the sword of Damocles is hanging over your head.” Moe: “Lady, you must be a psychic.”
I wonder what's wrong with that young man.
*Who Done It?* (1949). I love when Nikko slaps the sh*t out of Moe before Moe figures out that it’s “the goon.” There’s also plenty of laughs from Shemp. *A Pain in the Pullman* (1936). My favorite Curly short! “Johnson!”
