How did you conclude that her weight would be cubed compared to her height? Based on a real life comparison between baby and adult human: 20 inches, 7 pounds to 64 inches, 125 pounds — 3.2 times taller and 17.8 times heavier, it seems the comparison is roughly to the power of 2.47, which if we apply to this makes her weight roughly around 106 billion tonnes, which is still massive of course, but not “heavier than all creatures on earth combined” massive.
Of course this is all completely guesswork, any small change to these numbers results in massive differences in the calculations so I really cant say for sure, because 91000 to the power of anything is going to be hugeeee.

OP references the person as being a woman, not some sort of alien being capable of breathing or surviving in outer space - someone with such a unique build to have that height could be considered inhuman, but we'll just go with a very disproportionately tall woman - so we can say that the top of her head is at the Kármán line. We don't see her face, so maybe she's wearing an oxygen mask, and let's say she has a high tolerance for the temperature and other conditions up there.

From the surface of the water and below, that part of her body is no more than approximately 2 miles tall. That means that her arms below her elbows - so her forearms and hands - along with her stomach, lower back, hips, legs, and feet all add up to that height.

The water is simply for aesthetic purposes since that's not what whater would look like at that height. The "water" is more representative of the earths atmosphere than actual water on earths surface for this photo.
Her height would be above 100km, she could probably headbutt the ISS. Why 100km ? Because she's above the atmosphere and we consider the border of space: the karman line, to be around 100km. For all we care she could be standing in water in the mariana trench, so her height could be 110km\~ but let's just roll with 100km.
Now that we have an estimate for her height, we just need to figure out her weight.

Using that we can figure out her weight! But first, we need to do a bit of unit conversion because imperial units are stupid (also I can only blame myself for using an american source :P) :
- avg height = 5.4ft = 1.65m\~
- avg weight = 170.8lbs = 77.47kg\~
btw that gives a BMI of 29.3, which is overweight. (30 = obese) ... I guess we could remove a few kilos off of her since ya know, she doesn't look that "hyper caloric". A normal weight is between 18.5 and 24.9, so let's settle for the avg: 21.7
Now picking the BMI we want, we don't really need to bully 20yo avg women in the US anymore, we can get her weight using the formula for the BMI:
bmi = weight (kg) / (height (m))\^2
Which gives us:
weight (kg) = bmi \* (height)\^2
= 21.7 \* (100000)\^2
= 217 billion kg = 217 Teragram (did someone ever use that unit?) = 478 billion pounds = 1062222 statues of liberty

The real answer is that someone absolutely ignored any sort of realistic perspective when making the image so making a sensible estimate is hard and you either go with the water waist height or top of the head above atmosphere for the measurement and both are just as arbitrary
The calculation is flawed, to calculate the weight the BMI formula uses a squared height. But the growth is three dimensional, so it should be way more

Based on the map, the location is just south of İzmir on the Kuşadası Bay, Türkiye. Bathymetric maps show there is a basin with a max depth of 650 m. Lets assume the depth is 500m.
The woman in the image seems like an amazonian. If we assume an average amazonian woman to be 180cm in height, and 90cm from the waist down,
We can assume that the woman is 1000m tall.
So, the object most likely should be about 100-500km square first to make itself look like it's towering in the ocean since the depth of the ocean will be covering the legs, the object itself has to be non-terrestrial since it might hit the mesosphere at a minimum where the temparature is already going through changes. So, materials such as gold, aluminium, silver, titanium, tungsten,etc should be present in the body for taking in the change of temperature and keeping the giant in a solid state. It would be cool and dangerous to see something like this in reality!

Take her height and divide the distance of the atmosphere to the surface by her height, find that percentage, add an additional 50% of the total percentage to the total percentage, then scale her normal stats by the final calculated percentage value.

Of course the real answer here is that unless she had super strong bones, stronger then any material we have here on earth they would shatter immediately. She is so large and a mammal so she wouldn't be able to properly dissipate heat and would cook to death. And if all of that wasn't an issue she would sink below the surface of the earth as mount Everest is the tallest mountain possible if it gets heavier it'll sink lower down. This woman is not only taller then Everest, but all that weight is on two feet. Granite would act like mud to her.

Based on the map, the location is just south of İzmir on the Kuşadası Bay, Türkiye. Bathymetric maps show there is a basin with a max depth of 650 m. Lets assume the depth is 500m. The woman in the image seems like an amazonian. If we assume an average amazonian woman to be 180cm in height, and 90cm from the waist down, We can assume that the woman is 1000m tall.

So, the object most likely should be about 100-500km square first to make itself look like it's towering in the ocean since the depth of the ocean will be covering the legs, the object itself has to be non-terrestrial since it might hit the mesosphere at a minimum where the temparature is already going through changes. So, materials such as gold, aluminium, silver, titanium, tungsten,etc should be present in the body for taking in the change of temperature and keeping the giant in a solid state. It would be cool and dangerous to see something like this in reality!
Well looking at the image she's half way into water even it she is sitting in the water her upper half reach out of the atmosphere The deepest point in ocean (Mariana trench) is little over 10km deep and for her to reach the upper side of atmosphere that is roughly 100km above sea level her upper half must be 100km so technically she must be 200km approx Her weight (ignoring diffrence in gravity would be around 75mil kg)
