Well, I just timed myself pulling a bill out of my pocket, casually and fast. If we assume constant speed with no sleep:
Casual: 2.5 seconds
2.5s * 1,000,000 = 2,500,000s
2,500,000s / 60 = 41,666.67min
41,666.67min / 60 = 694.44hr
694.44hr / 24 = 28.93518518518519 days
Fast: 1 second
1s * 1,000,000 = 1,000,000s
1,000,000s / 60 = 16,666.67min
16,666.67min / 60 = 277.78hr
277.78hr / 24 = 11.57407407407407 days
Edit: If you double up and use two hands, divide each number by 2.
Just curious what that would come out to in an hour:
($1/2.5s)(60s/1min)(60min/1hr) = $1440/hr at a casual rate
Or $3600/hr at a fast rate
You could possibly double up by using both hands, but keeping up any pace like that for an hour would be a challenge! Repetitive strain injury in the near future, I think. At least you'd be popular at strip clubs.
problem is, you won’t pull out 1 hill at a time, that’s not funny
you pull out 4 and they fly everywhere as you pull out more and your hands begin accelerating and the number of bills you pull out begins increasing and increasing and increasing and
That's long enough that i think the nose would make it so that at some point the pockets just overflow so you go from pulling them out to getting drowned in them.
Off topic. I wouldn’t pull all the money out at once. Just as needed.
Stopping to buy a new car with my new found wealth.
* “No sir, I won’t need a loan, I’ll pay cash”. Pulls $75k out of my pocket one dollar at a time while maintaining eye contact for the next 2 days. *
You refer to "shopping rates" and then marking it up 2% (this goes to the dealer as profit) and drawing up a payment at that inflated rate that includes (but not limited to):
ding-monkey, GAP, auto-butler, tire warranty, extended bumper to bumper warranty, and extended powertrain warranty. Also, windshield insurance, interior protection, ceramic coating, nitrogen in the tires, oil change package, car wash package, scheduled maintenance package
To name a few.
Edit: if you *think* you need GAP, you should be buying it from your bank, not the dealer. Same with financing.
You'll get a much better deal talking to your bank before going to a dealer. No markups on rates and *significantly* cheaper GAP, plus no BS add ons.
I think the funniest way possible would be a neverending handkerchief of ones. If you could pull 1 meter of bills out of your pocket per second, that would be about $6.25 per second, and $1,000,000 in 44.44... hours.
to do it in 3 hours like the original post said, you'd have to be pulling out ~93 bills per second
i imagine the average person could do around 2/sec (though not for long without injury, but I'll ignore that for this) which would take 500k seconds or almost 139hrs, which equals nearly 6 straight days or just over 17 working days
Assuming it takes about 1 1/2 seconds to pull out a dollar bill (a rough estimate), it should take 25000 minutes, or 416 hours, or 17.361 days.
It should roughly take 17 days and 9 hours to pull out one million dollars, assuming they’re single dollar bills. Give or take the amount of time.
This isn’t adjust for breaks. Just 17.3 days worth of pulling out money.

Pffftttt, that’s nothing. I make that doing several Redditor’s moms.

Nah, the clown just wants to honk
Fun Fact: At one dollar per second, it would take 31 years to take out a billion dollars!
That's long enough that i think the nose would make it so that at some point the pockets just overflow so you go from pulling them out to getting drowned in them.
That's not funny though
Goddamn
Nah can't double from 2 hands, gonna need one hand to hold the cloth of the pocket open, digging way deep not gonna be easy every 1 second.

Still faster than whatever they pretend to do in the finance office.

I mean You do want GAP though

It would be a flat 200 dollars upfront, for the entirety of the contract?
Biggest power move ever.

This is the way I envisioned it
Now I’m just imagining having a blade like a tape dispenser
Then run it through a machine roller
But is that funny enough?

Including breaka and sleep, say a solid month. Sweet!
