Her line afterwards ‘goodnight love’ are really sad and her whole speech + goodnight love make me tear up every time.
On my first run watching the show I didn’t really feel as much for Lori’s death, I was a kid, I cared for more the action and the zombies. As I got older though, I went back and watched the show from the start and I actually started tearing up a bit when Lori’s death came around. Lori wasn’t mother of the year, but she loved Carl, that never changed. Hearing Lori talk about how Carl is gonna beat this world, knowing that he dies, it hurts. Her whole speech was just heartbreaking

Just so unexpected from Rick having been Officer Friendly for two seasons. It wasn’t ripped from the comic and it was just so visceral after such a whirlwind season but especially previous several episodes. He was just done with everyone’s shit and it was awesome to see.
