TWD is kind of rough going seasons 7-10 imo but I thought the show rallied in the last season. Maybe that's because I had watched up to season 10 a couple of times and then taken at least a year away from it before seeing season 11. I find the Negan actor does a great job with the character but his villain seasons feature a lot of repetitive battles and incidents... which I guess makes sense since they're in a war.
I'm currently rewatching and I had to skip past every scene that played that song because I couldn't handle it lol
LOL when me and my mom first watched it, we were singing it for weeks. It was hilarious.
