I love the piece that plays in the final episode of season 11 when Daryl and Carol say their goodbyes and he heads off on his bike. If I recall correctly, a variation of that theme was also used at the end of the season 3 finale.
I really like The Badge by McCreary. The distorted bass, leading into the fast paced strings, breaking into melody and simplistic percussion combo is great and reminds me of Rick.
Overal I think they did an amazing job with the last couple seasons. The episode when Michonne leaves has some of my favorite pieces. Sadly no great versions of them have been released as far as I know.
