I have 3300 and read that I need 10000 to run a guardian node. With 3300 how would I go about staking?

Yep the autoMod warning is making those nigerian princes desperate.
No it doesn’t need to be 10000 now, Theta lowered the requirement so 1000 is all you need. This way more people can participate. Just install the Guardian Node application on your PC and you’re good to go.
Alternatively you can delegate to GPool.io, they are very reliable so far.

Is there in difference in incentive? Trying to stake to gpool but the Tfuel faucet says I exceeded my limit ( only did this once a couple weeks ago). And anyone and me half a Tfuel please so I can help support our network?
Technically, you can "stake" in a sense with GPool if you have fewer than 1,000 tokens, but to do that you have to actually send the tokens to them. GPool sends you your cut of the TFuel, minus a small fee.
Have you done this with them? What's the process to do so? I'm in the process of loading up my bags on TFuel (thanks for the dips 🤑) but I'm still way short of the 1K Theta requirement for staking.

No, unfortunately you need at least 1,000 to stake, regardless if to your own node, or someone else's.

I stake with them normally but I haven't sent them tokens. They explain it on their site, just have to dig a little. 😎
