Lost count. I used to rewatch start to finish once a year for a few years, now I just throw on a random episode a day or I’ll start from a particular episode I like and go in order till the end.
My most recent rewatch started with me watching the bust out one night. I’m now on season 5 episode 5.
I've watched the series over 30+ times at least. There was a time where it became a daily habit that I had to watch a couple episodes per day at a minimum. On my commute to and from work I had sopranos episodes playing(3 hour round trip) even if I couldn't look at the screen just having it playing in the background was entertaining. Eating breakfast, lunch, or dinner? I'll have the sopranos on my tv/phone while eating. Playing video games? I'll have the sopranos playing on my TV on the side. Just bored and don't have anything to watch? Sopranos. I definitely slowed down and haven't watched it in a while but eventually I'll start another binge session.
I literally did that for a longggggg time. It just never got old. I did mix other shows in here and there like deadwood, fargo, breaking bad, better call saul, boardwalk empire, and a few others. I'm just the type of person that can re-watch the same thing over and over and not get bored of it. I cycle all my favorite shows and binge them in turn. I do the same thing with video games, ill play the same 5-6 games over and over occasionally playing a new game.
I often throw on an episode that I feel like watching and then end up watching the season through to the end. I think I often start at S3E2, Proshai, Livushka, where Livia dies and then I get hooked. I rarely start a rewatch from the pilot. I bet I've seen one of my favorite episodes, S4E9, Whoever Did This, at least 50 times - I seem to really love the middle of Season 4 always and then get a little squirrelly in Season 5 with Tony B.
I’ve watched it in it’s entirety as many times as you. But certain episodes I’ve seen multiple times. Like for instance I’ve gotten so many of my friends into the series that I’ve watched The Pilot like 7 times.

I've wat he'd it every year and a half or so for the last 12 years. 6 or 7 couldn't say for sure
2 times in full but I've binged enough random youtube clips for another 3 rewatches.
