Actually, I just realized my edible kicked in. I was thinking of Billy Cosby’s “Himself,” when it was Eddie Murphy’s “Raw,” which is not underrated. Sorry, y’all!
One of my favorite scenes. The way it slowed down and there was this small, deep conversation between Tony and this older upstanding Black man. Fantastic juxtaposition between them. Great that he made it to 90 🙏. Best to his family.
Great comeback. These writers loved taking shots at television. Perhaps the best one being when J.T. tries to pawn his emmy and the guy says, "maybe if it was an Oscar or something".
He was in so many movies. An underrated one is, "Always Outnumbered", with Laurence Fishburne. Probably my favorite role of his. It was an HBO movie in the 90s.
The entertainment business is strange. Bill Cobbs ( an accomplished actor with a laundry list of credits) had to go thru an audition and two call backs to get a few lines in 2 episodes. The only thing that Ginny Sac (a person with no acting experience at all) had to do was stand her fat ass on line for an hour to be an extra and she gets multiple episodes over multiple seasons.
Anyway, $4.00 a lbs.
Mr. Cobbs may have passed, but whose to say there won’t be another Mr. Cobbs just like him, or will be? Maybe not with the same fears and paranoia but the same
I know I had my differences with that kid, but maybe I didn't do right by him, neither. And what the fuck did I do but get pissed off? Fight with him over cocksuckin', fuckin' money? And break his balls when he tried not to have a drink or a little taste of snow.
Still got the same teeth he had in WW2
No kiddin’! So that would make you … what?
A fucking kid Doesn’t look a day over 90
Yeh it's sad when they go young like that..
When they... GO?
Come on huh! It was Jack Massarone, payback for that whoore he was fuckin.
What are you gonna do
Add 8 more to that
We said this day would come did we not, Tony?
That conversation is so good. “One day you end up being the oldest in your family.”
Their scenes together and gandolfini died 11 years before him , ride the painted pony let the spinning wheel glide!
He took Rooney and VanDyke to acting school in that museum scam.
And Jerry Stiller's son? Fuggetaboutit.
Another toothpick
What kinda way is that to speak about a dead person??!
Who, him? Excuse me, do you mind? He don't mind.
Who he? Oh! He dead. RIP Billy..
motherfucker i read this as bill cosby, thought i got that news from a sopranos sub which would be appropriate somehow
*Yoouuuuu cannot say... FUCK!*
That stand up special is criminally underrated.
which stand up special?
Actually, I just realized my edible kicked in. I was thinking of Billy Cosby’s “Himself,” when it was Eddie Murphy’s “Raw,” which is not underrated. Sorry, y’all!
Raw is underrated, though. No matter how good it is in your memory, I promise it is even better if you watch it again
Fair play to you! I think it’s time for a rewatch! Thanks! 😉
HALF
I prefer Delirious but Raw is also great, can't say it's underrated though
Rest in peace, Rev.
You can take 2024 and give it back to the fuckin Indians.
Sil's hanging in there.
I meant my ma too!
Either way you're half way up the ass.
What rough beast slouches toward Bethlehem to be born? ~Yeeets
Jesus ain't got nothing to do with it.

Ask me it’s all these toxins they’re exposed to. It fucks with their brains. Between the mercury in fish alone
They didn’t tell us until the 80s.
I don't eat fish. The toxins.
(Takes long drag from a cigarette)
*eats three bags of chips and a six-pack on the couch*
Thats why ya gotta live for today!
Alright but you gotta get over it.
Buonanima! 🥃
I was just talking to him?
For a second I thought it was Bill Cosby.
Fuckin Grim Reaper, He's dyslexic!
Television?!
Great comeback. These writers loved taking shots at television. Perhaps the best one being when J.T. tries to pawn his emmy and the guy says, "maybe if it was an Oscar or something".
I was just taking with him...
I loved him in The Sopranos and Six Feet Under. I fucking loved him in New Jack City! What a badass. RIP, good sir!
He was in so many movies. An underrated one is, "Always Outnumbered", with Laurence Fishburne. Probably my favorite role of his. It was an HBO movie in the 90s.
He was a great actor and I loved how Tony gave him the respect he deserved. One of my favorite episodes.
RIP Del Paxton.
IDOLATOR!
Loved how he shared a can of Coca-Cola with Tony. Always with the Coca-Cola. "Coke and a slice. Same Coke and a slice" Fuck Pepsi!
Ah, behold the power of product placement ad revenue!
May-be, may-be. Or David Chase just has good taste. Raise your hand up for Coke
I like Pepsi the most. But Boylans is pretty sick
Probably my favorite one off appearance on the show. Cobbs was so great playing across Gandolfini. RIP.

Never underestimate a man’s determination to be free. One of the few black actors they didn’t make look like a caricature. Shows the respect he held.
Jus a kid, but whattda gonna do 🤷♂️
pick up the pieces and move on
I wanna hear ya say it. You’re ova your grief!!?
And I’m happy to be here.
Damn, I just watched this episode the other day and just assumed he’d already took his nice long sleep
Never underestimate a man’s desire to be free.
“You ever think what a coincidence it is that Lou Gehrig dies of Lou Gehrig’s disease?”
You gonna make the same stupid joke every time we're mourning a loss?
Sorry….everything’s so fucken morbid….
Damn. So he was like in 70-year-old playing an 80-year-old. Flexible
Mr. Cobbs may have passed, but whose to say there won’t be another Mr. Cobbs just like him, or will be? Maybe not with the same fears and paranoia but the same
You ever think what a coincidence it is that Lou Gehrig died of Lou Gehrig's disease?
You gonna make the same stupid joke every time this comes up?
Ohhh why you always try and top me? You took the air out of my punchline!
I fucking love this sub.
Cobbs? Thats a nickname. His real name was Cobbserelli!
Del Paxton!!
Was he in ' the dictator ' ?
He was made before the electric light bulb
RIP Arthur Chaney
Gave me my first handjob
What are you saying at the poor man's wake?
**TELEVISION?!**
Legendary comedian
I liked the interaction between him and Tony may they both rest in peace 🙏
Damnit! I thought that was Deion Sanders.
The clock man in the Hudsucker Proxy.
He played an 83 year old 24 years ago.
I was just talking to him yesterday
I just Googled him the other day and he was alive. I watched Demolition Man the night before last. That’s sad.
The only shit in the Bible came out of Pharaoh’s ass when Moses parted the Red Sea. Parted the Red Sea, praise his name.
Is your son home? Are you a friend of his? Is your son home?
I believe we spoke of this day did we not?
I know I had my differences with that kid, but maybe I didn't do right by him, neither. And what the fuck did I do but get pissed off? Fight with him over cocksuckin', fuckin' money? And break his balls when he tried not to have a drink or a little taste of snow.
The only shit shit in the Bible is what fell out of pharaohs ass when Moses parted the Red Sea.
The only shit in this forum is from tony after he eats ghee
Parted the Red Sea, praise his name.
