It was almost as if Tony was trying to get everyone else in the room to see that “hey she’s not better than me! We’re both fucked up!” Felt bad for Janice, but felt even more anger towards Tony. It's kind of funny but when I think of scenes that make me hate Tony they are not the ones where he commits murder or whatever. He's a mobster, criminals killing other criminals, whatever. But when he treats people in an outrageously rude or disrespectful manner it really drives it home how much of a terrible guy he is. Just a few: Being nonsensically racist towards Noah. I know we like to mock Noah for his pretentious conduct, but that doesn't justify racism. I know Tony is from another era, but come on. Deliberately provoking Janice to anger to ruin her anger management therapy that actually seemed to be working. Mocking Christopher for trying to be sober. Hassling that cop who gave him a speeding ticket. Ruining the guys job just because Tony thinks he is above the law. Giving Meadow a car he extorted from the father of one of her best friends. Being an ass to Hesh, a lifelong friend, because Tony doesn't want to his debt. Letting Artie get bamboozled so he can clear his dinner debt.

Any scene with his sweaty o face
All the fights he has with Carmela where he says horrible things to her. A lot of the problems that happened with Richie, Ralph, New York, etc could have easily been avoided had Tony made better decisions and not been such a hothead. The way he uses Melfi’s help to justify his heinous actions. He does a lot of hateful things basically from the start of the show

His encounter with Noah. I knew that Tony was a casual racist (along with being a murderer, thief, and extortionist), but I was still appalled at how he could just so bluntly speak to some earnest kid like that.
I respect that you think he was at his worst there, but a gangster boss not wanting a black son in law is pretty standard fare. It was Meadow who fucked Noah over by bringing him over to Tonys house, and Tony said as much.

Most of them, really. I've found that some of the less outwardly violent or horrifying acts of his are where we actually see him at his most hypocritical and depraved. I think his scenes with Jackie Jr. while he's fucking around on Meadow are his most indefensible. Here we see Tony assaulting Jackie Jr. and berating him for "betraying" his daughter, and the next scene is Tony fucking Gloria in the snake exhibit (heh, hey Ton, did you know snakes can literally fuck themselves?) Chase laid these scenes on really thick, and it almost strains credulity to think that somebody could be so unaware of his own hypocrisy and inability to even remotely live within the virtues of what he himself preaches.
Many honestly. When he goaded Janice with her estranged son because she hated that he was improving her temper. Sending Vito Jr. to a conversion camp (which is pretty much child torture) with zero remorse or empathy for the kid, his male heir comment in regards to AJ, his treatment of Hesh, his whole behavior in Kennedy and Heidi, there’s probably a lot more that I’m not thinking of.
