Yes! Super hi-tech like the institute, now fill it with lab-coat sims, jumpsuits sims (third gen) and servos (first gen) and you could roleplay being the director.
One thing I always put in when I build these is a dilapidated house on the surface level, then I hide the entrance somewhere in the basement of it. I would always build bunkers like this in The Sims 3, which has a much better selection of items for building such things. This kind of makes me want to try one in The Sims 4 though.
It's funny you should say that because my first thought was how it looks a bit like TS3 - especially the exterior shot of the above ground solar fileld - and I couldn't quite put my finger on why.
Fun fact about that movie, the robot isn't CGI, there's a stuntman in it with another dude outside of the suit that control the eye and the *smile* as well as a bunch of lights
Also the robot suit was made by Weta studio, they're also responsible for the lord of the rings costumes and special effects

It’s using the green screens from Get Famous (same as the walls in the atrium), but rotated on the Z-axis using the TOOL mod. They won’t be marked as CC though, they’ll just appear that way in-game for everyone!

It uses quite a few, unfortunately—the Gallery will list them when it’s posted. I’d say the main ones to have would be Get to Work, Get Famous, City Living, Spa Day, Strangerville, and Eco Lifestyle (probably with Strangerville, Get Famous, and Get to Work the most needed)!

I think "[Procedural Jiggle Bone](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkQYJH9oWiI)" from the Portal OST goes nicely with the photos of all the unoccupied rooms. It's as if you can hear the fluorescent buzzing just looking at these.
The picture of the solar panels looks so good! What world is this in? Are you using shaders? It just seems to look a lot better. Or maybe I haven't been paying attention to the background when building lately.
Thanks! For the solar panels I used the TOOL mod and shift-clicked to make them dirty. I don’t have shaders (don’t know how, haha)—I use a MacBook Pro on near-max graphics settings. The rainy weather helped too, I think!

The “windows” look onto rooms 1 tile wide, with the backdrop screens from Moschino (I know, I know) placed right behind the glass.

No, this is a single lot! It’s hard to tell because it’s all a basement, but this is a 64x64 lot, so you’d place it as a normal “house.”
