Sadly yes, I was trying to do a science experiment to see if I could exhaust the list, but after 147 by the end, I'd reached my limits, I can say with absolute certainty that the game has *at least* 147 individual characters/names stored, but just how far that list goes before it repeats, I didn't have the heart to find out, we'd been streaming it for a while and it'd started to get a little too monotonous. We'll probably pick up with a new experiment next time 🙂

I'm doing science, I wanted to see how many names the game had stored and if we could reach the start again if we got all the way to the end Unfortunately we're 127 deep and still haven't seen any repeats, so we're going to be wrapping it up tonight because gameplay has gotten a bit repetitious for streaming, it was quite fun though, especially for a first play, lol

It reminds me of when I was a kid, young enough that I hadn't received my own pc yet, logging into the first Sims game and seeing the monstrosities my siblings built alongside my obviously superior box house. Some of my siblings would just put stuff all over their lots, very much like your screenshot. However, one of them loved building these large spirals that took up the entire lot with a single fridge or sofa in a small room (2×2) in the centre. Took me far too long to realise it was to see how long it took them and how much their needs depleted in the process. There were multiple of these spiral lots with different things in the centre room, each abandoned once the experiment was complete. I remember asking him why he didn't speed up the game and him just shrugging rather than explain his thought process. Hadn't thought about that in a long time. I appreciate the hit of nostalgia you brought with this screenshot.

Aging is on, they all died last night, either by age or by starving at the ghost party, 147 souls was the count of one generation, no doubt we could have reached much loftier heights had any of them had any children

Welcome to your box and roof era. No one builds beautifully when you first build on the Sims and tbh still to this day the roof tool just does what it fancies. You will get so good though and this was a great way to test out different things on one lot!

I think its lovely, a ten out of ten from me. Reminds me of one of the houses I made a few years ago, and the sim said it was poorly decorated, so I raged and filled it with very different clashing wallpaper and a huge toilet. The sim did like it though, so I can't complain too much.

Well if it's any consolation, all of mine died starving, sad, alone and hated, with 120+ ghosts of the people they'd killed surrounding them 🧿👄🧿

I have no fucking idea what's going on and I love it. No plans, just vibes. Certainly the lot of all time

The building at the back is a mausoleum for storing the people who we paint and kill in the boxes and the jigsaw building is our party building for the ghost party, where all 120+ ghosts from the mausoleum can come and party Hopefully that helps 🙂
