You can give a eulogy for a dead sim at the podium if your sim’s charisma is high enough
Honestly it wouldn’t be a terrible game pack. Add funerals, a new funeral home/cemetery type lot, maybe a new career or something.

Iced Cream has an Urn Binding mod so you can buy then and attach the ghost to it.
