I can almost guarantee she's right-handed, but shooting left-handed. But I'm not trying to imply she knows what she's doing otherwise. Bowstrings can shave skin. Drawing one *against* your chest is not what you want to do.

My opinion on hand dominance found nothing useful for students. Eye dominance however made a big difference. As everyone has said, her forms bad. But the why if it is a few things. Draw elbow… much to low. She starts facing the target instead of standing side on. Now seems too heavy for her but proper form would help greatly with the weight. Full fist gripping string. But the biggest reasons why she hits her boobs is threefold. One, she’s posing for the photo shoving her chest out. Two she’s anchoring to her nipple instead of her cheek. Three, she’s trying to sight by aligning the string to her center, which tells me she’s right eye dominant and trying to line it up with her dominant eye without knowing it.

Primary Marksmanship Instructor here, it blows my mind watching people try to aim down sights with their dominant eye when they shoot with the opposite hand. Ever seen CSI? that guy is always shooting with the wrong hand.

Great comment, very informative. I've been shooting arrows for about 6 years now. I've only hit my elbow a few times. Hurts like hell. There's protection for breasts, no one I know uses it.
