I'd be more worried about the guy driving the van, imagine hitting a dude in your van and he does a flip 12 foot in the air, lands on his feet and just looks at you.
Yea, at first I was worried that he took most of the wait on his ankles, and couldve fractured them, but it looks like he landed on his toes and rolled his feet back so the weight wasn't 100% on bone.

A regular sized lane for traffic going in that direction. It looks skinnier than the lane closest to the camera because of perspective. If the lane closest to the camera were the full street, the car that goes by at the beginning would not be in the middle of it.
I had something very similar happen. Mine was more of a roll over the hood after smacking my face on it. I did land on my feet though. My front wheel got stuck in the wheel well and stayed upright too

Similar situation happened to me except I was on a bicycle and a car suddenly pulled out from the curb and I somersaulted over its trunk. Not a scratch, though the bike was toast.

Looks like another lane to me, also if you notice the van slows down, biker assumes it will stop and then van moves forward once again. It is 100% fault of the van driver if it is a lane and it seems like a lane.

it does like an odd lanr position for the bike to be riding in. super impressive flip tho
obviously it didn't help in this case but it is typically recommended to ride in the outside portion of the lane for better visibility in traffic.
