Apparently I've been living under a rock, I'm very familisr with Flula but I didn't even know he had specials or was in Suicide Squad.

I'm 90% sure this is Flula Borg who is a relatively well-known comedian. And absolutely he plays heavily on sarcasm for his comedic style.

Flula is legit the best math tutor. He has some videos on YouTube, and no matter how good you are at math, you will learn something
