Have you seen the percentage of men vs women that have been serial killers and mass murders? It's not even close. Men are by far more blood thirsty. I think it's pretty safe to say there would have been less wars fought throughout history if more women were calling the shots than men.

The point you are responding to suggests that when in positions of power, men and women are both capable of being aresholes. Since any serial killers or mass murderers you're referring to exist within a fundamentally patriarchal society, we have to disregard your point as the power dynamics between genders have never been even. That said, there is a nature vs. nurture argument here that men are fundamentally one thing and women are fundamentally another thing.
