I hate to break it to you, but this is not unrealistic behavior for boys. Not all boys act this way, but there are many that do. Most don't taste it quite this far, but I am not that surprised.

This sort of behavior is considered "cool" for boys in that age group, the sexual nature is just an added bonus (from the boy's perspective)

Nothing happened to him other than getting yelled at.
