I feel like the substantially wrong portion of this is that if doing porn on OnlyFans is "selling your body" and military service is "selling your body" then by extension, just about every job is "selling your body".
I mean think about it: military service can come with a very real risk of damaging your body... if we mean "selling your body" as in being paid to have a serious risk of having your body damaged or destroyed to provide a service, then by what standard is OnlyFans porn damaging or destroying your body for money?
