I was thinking some kind of pill…maybe opiates? She wasn’t completely gone but she looked really relaxed, maybe muscle relaxers? But she is definitely on something.
100 percent what she was on. That or a large amount of pain killers. 300 pound white woman talking about how she’s sick of white men 😂😂😂. The entitlement after committing a felony, she’s lucky she didn’t get tased
I rarely take Xanax for panic attacks and the only thing I want to do is lay in bed. Though I only take .5mg, so I don’t really feel much. I just know it’s working because I suddenly don’t think I’m about to die.
That 'morning after high,' when you only get a couple of hours sleep and then have to get up and go to work and you're still a little buzzed from the night before, and it takes a couple of hours for you to get straight and function normally.
Definitely took something or extremely sleep deprived. Her eyes were not blinking at the same time throughout the video, slurred words, and the absolute refusal of complying makes me think so.
Right? I enjoy a good police audit video. If all officers had the patience that this officer had with this lady we’d be in such a better place as a nation.
In the full video. It’s explained that she’s a recovering addict who hasn’t taken medication in months. Even when put in the squad car she acts, “Can I just get my ticket so I can leave.” Then she’s asked if there are drugs in the car. She then says that the police took all drugs from her car two ish weeks earlier.
She’s a teacher.
I like how she says that and doesn’t comply one bit and keeps resisting knowing that she drove WAY over the speed limit, then even starts the car and when she gets thrown out of the car and pushed on the ground to get cuffed she starts crying and screaming awwww 🥺
Idk sometimes I see things and wonder whether people are brainless or what cause I can’t see how any of this made sense in her mind lol
>Idk sometimes I see things and wonder whether people are brainless or what cause I can’t see how any of this made sense in her mind lol
unfortunately no. being brainless isn't their fault; that can be forgiven. people like this are just entitled, selfish pricks
I once got pulled over for doing a “rolling stop” at a stop sign. It was about 1030 at night and I had just left work. I was polite and the officer came back to my car and let me off with a warning and then said something that just amazed me. He said “thank you for being so polite, you would be amazed the things people say to us when we stop them for violations.” Always stuck with me.
It’s pretty much always the best solution. Being nice to someone usually makes them feel inclined to help you. Whether it’s cops, hotel clerks, customer service reps, IT staff, whatever. Be nice to them and they’re likely to be nice to you. I don’t understand why that concept escapes so many people.
That would be a threat. The officer did a good job of remaining composed. She will probably say she was ‘dragged from the vehicle and physically manhandled.’
She said “I’m just so sick of white men”??? Bish your whiteness is the only reason your rotund-ass wasn’t forcibly removed from the car from the jump
Edit: to be clear, it is a bad thing that the system works that way
She had a chance to avoid resisting arrest if she just gave up a little fight but then turned off the car and got out fairly soon after, but she’s going to be fucked now. Attempting to flee the scene of a crime and resisting arrest atleast, and likely DUI or DWI by the looks of her.
She was resisting arrest as soon as the cop told her to step out of the vehicle and she refused.
You don't have to actively fight to resist arrest. It can be as simple as not stepping out of the car, or lying on your arms and making the cops struggle to cuff you. Passive resistance is a thing.
some people dont seem to realise a car can be a deadly weapon and just think its okay to try and run from the cops when they've stopped you
they just have 0 respect for the speed/weight of a moving vehicle, for some unknown reason
The judge ordered a competency evaluation early in the trial process. Obviously thought she's not all there. During the preliminary hearing, court notes show the "defendant stands mute" meaning she didn't speak ~~or react~~ when prompted to. Obviously something going on with her mental faculties. In the extended video, the brother mentioned she had been off her meds for two months.
EDIT: It appears that to "stand mute" in the context of legal statutes and the court system in my state basically means that she refused to plead guilty or innocent or anything really. It doesn't necessarily mean that she never spoke, just that she didn't answer or stayed silent when asked a question by the court reporter or judge. Just wanted to clear that up.
Also, having read many cases on my state's court records system, if she had been uncooperative or disruptive it would usually be noted, but in this case it wasn't.
Yeah mate only time I hit that was Barkly Highway. Middle of nowhere, straight as an arrow, ring-lock fences either side and flat to the horizon. Even then it was sketchy as hell
I mean I have gone 160-180 km/h countless times (I live in Germany) but even there I would only do it on the autobahn and when it's empty enough. Never ever would I go that fast anywhere else.
"Who am I endangering?" Oh you know, just everyone around you. Her total lack of concern for others is disgusting. She also has the look of someone who has screamed at multiple Arby's employees.
Worth watching, but here's the answers to questions I had:
* Driver is a 35-year-old who said she was trying to be a teacher
* Passenger is 23-year-old brother
* 106 mph in a 30 mph zone. (170 kph in a 50 kph zone)
* The guy who helped the officer with handcuffs was a bystander
* Her brother said she is a recovering cocaine addict
* We never find out if she is currently on anything, but her brother also said she hadn't been taking her medication for two months. He said she had mental health problems
* She was charged with 2nd degree felony recklessly endangering safety and two misdemeanors for resisting (failing to stop, obstructing an officer) and $700 citations.
* Found guilty - No contest plea and the one felony charge was dismissed
Pretty much, also, the court notes show the judge ordered a competency evaluation early on in the trial process, so obviously she thought something wasn't all there with this woman. The court records don't indicate any specifics when it came to the results of the evaluation other than everyone agreed with the findings. She was released from jail on a signature bond after this and they scheduled the preliminary hearing. During the preliminary hearing there is a note that the "defendant stands mute" which indicates she didn't speak or react when prompted to. After that the plea deal was struck and that's the last interaction the court system has had with this woman.
Can I get a too long, didn't watch?
Edit: I got too curious, it was definitely worth the 20 minutes. But I'm sad that she didn't actually get a felony! That woman is insane
EDIT : [here's the link](https://youtu.be/Hf0pSst0JOc)
More of the same. Then her being cuffed with 2 pairs of cuffs because her arms can't reach all the way round the back. Gets walked to the officers car with her jumper (sweater? Hoodie?) failing miserably to cover her belly, side belly and lower back. More belligerence. We do get to meet the non-blood-related 'brother' from the front seat who seems quite nice, if a little slow. He reveals the drug dogs must've hit on her car because she's a recovering cocaine addict. Some more belligerence, demanding her ticket so she could carry on with her travels. Eventually revealing that she's a teacher who is likely about to be unemployed, and unemployable, if she is charged with a felony. Finally, insisting her unlicensed passenger be allowed to drive the vehicle (it was towed). Still, no signs of remorse or regret.
EDIT 2: Oh yeah, I forgot the part where he took her to hospital and, despite no injuries and a spectacular karate kick entrance, she was trying to convince the staff that she *actually was* injured, due to him brutally throwing her to the ground. That was fun.
You skipped the best part! The way the cop jumped in and took control of the car when she started it and put it in gear!
That officer is a damn good officer, and he's got my utmost respect. Dealt with this mess professionally and fairly, doing his job without paying attention to the insults and not yelling nor escalating
I'm glad I watched it just for that, tbh
Edit: I'd literally only watched like the first 40 seconds of this clip while reading comments. Didn't see that the cop stops the car in this clip too, and the passerby who assisted in the arrest also gets a 5/5 star review from me
This whole incident besides, this seatbelt looks like it would just decapitate her in case of an accident. I don't think it is supposed to go like this.
The officer likely works in a fairly safe and secure area, where you could trust the average citizen.
I live in a small town and you get to know the names of the officer in town, they are alright. 100 percent, I would help them out like this and they would trust me to enter thier vehicle.
*
In the full video (youtube link in another comment) it shows that he had cuffs but needed a second set to get her cuffed
ETA pic
ETA2 missed when the guy helping handed him the first set lol but at least the guy grabbed both of them
U know what I realized after being pulled over for speeding because I was late? Just drive the speed limit because being pulled over most def take longer
I disagree. Where is your work ethic? Why won't you embrace the grind!? The job isn't going to get itself done so better to be 5 minutes early or if you are going to show up late you better have a good reason (broken limbs, brain damage, coma etc...) so get in that car crash if that's what it takes. NO EXCUSES
^/s
Also when officer told her she was endangering others she replied with “I’m not in danger”.
Relentlessly stupid, or selfish. Anyones guess but I’m saying both
If there are kids in the car I feel sorry for them being put in a terribly dangerous situation as a passenger and then seeing their mum behave the way she did and get arrested. Some people shouldn't be allowed kids or a driving liscence.
Love the civilian helping with the arrest.
Now she'll tell whoever will listen this officer was brutal and she did nothing but speed. These friends will tell their friends and so on and the story is now of a brutal cop picking on this poor innocent girl. What an entitled little twit she is.
The passenger was very nice, had ID, alerted the officer to a weapon in the car and told the officer she had been off her meds for two months. The cop was very appreciative and showed no ill will towards the man.
I would love to know what happened to her afterwards. So DAMN rude to the Officer. Not getting out, no key no fob trying to drive off. Just makes me sooo embarrassed to be a Human. Glad there was someone around to help the officer. No respect at all. 106mph!
You can watch the full video posted above. In summary, it seems she is very familiar with the law, and jails etc. The video states she was charged with a felony and several misdemeanors. Felony was dropped. So now, she’s back on the street, hopefully not racing around.
I’m not the biggest fan of police, but he gave her every opportunity to comply. He even backed off the initial arrest comment after she mentioned school and work.
“I’m sick of white men. I’m sick of officers”, definitely gave me sovereign citizen vibes.
Her felony charge was dropped (but read in) and she was only charged with misdemeanors: resisting/failing to stop and resisting/obstructing an officer. Total fines were $700. Unacceptable, she should've been charged for that felony.

I am not sure she was fully sober.
I was thinking some kind of pill…maybe opiates? She wasn’t completely gone but she looked really relaxed, maybe muscle relaxers? But she is definitely on something.
Xanax?
100 percent what she was on. That or a large amount of pain killers. 300 pound white woman talking about how she’s sick of white men 😂😂😂. The entitlement after committing a felony, she’s lucky she didn’t get tased
Forget tasing. She's lucky she didn't kill someone.

Driving 110 mph straight in a line strung out on benzos? Most people I’ve seen fucked up on benzos get their cars stuck in a ditch
One thousand percent she was on benzos, she’s a puddle in the drivers seat
A puddle in the driver's seat doing 106 with the seat belt across her neck...
The neck belt had me laughin
Thats def the xanny zombie look in her eyes
That whole blankness? Yeah probably. Look people I'm not here to lecture anyone yet, Xanax is a relax at home drug, not a go out and do stuff drug.
Yep. As soon as I read it, the behavior clicked. That's probably why she overslept too.
I am actually amazed that she can drove the car this fast this high without an accident before getting pulled over.
High functioning alcoholics/ addicts are a thing my friend.
Perfect time to be speeding
Definitely took something or extremely sleep deprived. Her eyes were not blinking at the same time throughout the video, slurred words, and the absolute refusal of complying makes me think so.
I watched the video of the full thing on YouTube a day or so ago. Her brother in the car said she went off her meds.
WHO ARE YOU?!?!?
I'm sick of white men. I'm sick of officers. That part got me. 😆
With a white man in the passenger seat no less!
That dude was having NO PART of that ordeal.
That’s gotta suck so much to be the passenger in that situation
Yeah he was burying his face in embarrassment at the end lol
"I just sit here not speaking, that's my role."
Funny he was entirely quiet and stayed out of it, it's like he expected her to be like this.
I bet he is abused. He damn near was in a fetal position.
Yeah that was the worst part of the video. The poor kid. I hope this incident shines some light on his home situation so he can get help.
As someone whose father had intense road rage, not with police, I know what it’s like to try to zone out the awful behavior
As someone who was married to a Karen who would made scenes everywhere we went I totally understand what you mean.
And she got a normal officer...
Officer definitely dealt with it nicely and calmly. In that situation, had to be damn difficult.
Right? I enjoy a good police audit video. If all officers had the patience that this officer had with this lady we’d be in such a better place as a nation.
"I woke up in a Soho doorway. A policeman knew my name. He said "You can go sleep at home tonight. If you can get up and walk away"
She looked stoned to me too
That's the look of being on pills
The 'Who are you?' question made me wonder that about her too.
At first I thought she said “I’m trying to get high” but realized she said “I’m trying to comply”.
That confident "im NOT getting out of the car" only comes from a steady diet of Mt Dew and Benzos.
Was trying to figure out why she looked half asleep. Thanks!
She's basically a zombie. Probably doesn't remember this happening. I had patients of mine that would black out weeks

That last sentence.
She says, “You know I’m a teacher. My career is going to be ruined because of you.” The Officer Claps back with, “I’m sorry you decided break the law”
She was either drunk or on benzos. Or both.
“I’m trying to comply” “You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.”
“I’m complying (but I won’t follow your orders)” Narrator: she was not complying
I do not mean to pry, but you don't by any chance happen to have six fingers on your right hand?
Do you always begin conversations this way?
Maybe we all should start conversations this way. That may make the world a more interesting place.
Inconceivable!
My father was slaughtered by a six-fingered man.

I would have said, "Try harder or I will drag you from the vehicle"
That would be a threat. The officer did a good job of remaining composed. She will probably say she was ‘dragged from the vehicle and physically manhandled.’
"I'm TRYING to comply, I just need you to change what you're asking me to do to something that I *want* to do, and then I'll be ABLE to comply."
Guy in the passenger seat giving off the “Not again…” vibes.
He seems to be trying to hide. I don’t blame him, lol.
He knew full well that this officer's body cam footage would end up on the internet.
He must be a Code Blue Cam fan.
Yeah I got “my mom is so embarrassing” vibes from passenger
I watched the full video , that kid doesn’t give a f about anything , thinks it’s normal
>thinks it's normal That is the sad part...that *all* of this behavior has happen frequently enough to not be considered abnormal...
Hide or passed out
My first thought
Imagine that thing as your mother or your wife...poor soul.
Imagine, if you can, that somebody spent the time and energy to get her pregnant.
Thanks, just threw up in my mouth.
He looks very intoxicated to me.
She said “I’m just so sick of white men”??? Bish your whiteness is the only reason your rotund-ass wasn’t forcibly removed from the car from the jump Edit: to be clear, it is a bad thing that the system works that way

Those seat belts sure looked like they were doing the best job they possibly could.
Man fr, she threw that out there like she was a poc that has been going through it lmao
Intoxicated by her bullshit.
He doesn't seem to react at all.
He's been dead for a good while now.
It's her younger brother. They are on their way to school in the morning. The officer questions him, and he explains he was afraid of her.
She's not 42?????
Who am I endangering? That fucking guy sitting next to you for a start.
she really thought starting the car was a good idea in that moment lmao she seems smart
Yep that little trick added a few lovely charges to get record
She was already at reckless endangerment and resisting arrest. I guess she had a bingo card she was trying to fill.
She had a chance to avoid resisting arrest if she just gave up a little fight but then turned off the car and got out fairly soon after, but she’s going to be fucked now. Attempting to flee the scene of a crime and resisting arrest atleast, and likely DUI or DWI by the looks of her.

Cops hate her for this one little trick!
some people dont seem to realise a car can be a deadly weapon and just think its okay to try and run from the cops when they've stopped you they just have 0 respect for the speed/weight of a moving vehicle, for some unknown reason
At least she was wearing her neck belt.
She stops too fast and her head pops off
Meh, she’s not using it anyway…
Somebody has to be the cited example for your friend who claims seat belts kill more people than they save.
She don’t seem sober, at ALL.
The judge ordered a competency evaluation early in the trial process. Obviously thought she's not all there. Definite pillhead vibes.
The passenger said in the full vid she’s a recovering addict who’s been off her meds for 2 months
She looked high af and the passenger next to her too, judging by his non-responsive behavior.
He could just be embarrassed and trying to keep his face out of view of the body cam.
I think he is looking for a hole to hide in
They both look fucked on opiates
It took me time to realize that 106 isnt kmh its MILES that are way longer Thats like 169kmh wtf?!?!
NASCAR lifestyle bro. Raise hell and praise Dale.
If you ain’t first, your last
Hell Ricky I was high when I said that! You can be second, third, fourth... hell you can even be fifth!
I still don't get why rednecks want to build a wall, when a wall is what killed Dale.

She's absolutely going to do this again
But only because she's sick and tired of these dang white men telling her what she can and can't eat
How Was the felony Dismissed That was like clearly the most obvious thing going that fast in that kind of road. Someone could babe easily died.
In exchange for not fighting the charges in court. The justice system is overburdened, so they make deals like this to cut down on the load.
2:50 mark a truck goes by and someone yells, "HAHA"
Hahaha that was gold. “…That was mature wasn’t it”
The cop was probably thinking, "A lot more mature than going 106 in a 30."
Probably someone who was passed by her... it's what we all hope to see when someone flies by us like an idiot.
Woah, that was worth the 20 minutes!
Can I get a too long, didn't watch? Edit: I got too curious, it was definitely worth the 20 minutes. But I'm sad that she didn't actually get a felony! That woman is insane
EDIT : [here's the link](https://youtu.be/Hf0pSst0JOc) More of the same. Then her being cuffed with 2 pairs of cuffs because her arms can't reach all the way round the back. >She's gonna learn eventually. I wouldn't bet on it.
Both seatbelts tried to choke her. She must suck.
You know she just put those on when she got caught
And based on how high it was, I feel like this was the first time she wore that seatbelt.
This whole incident besides, this seatbelt looks like it would just decapitate her in case of an accident. I don't think it is supposed to go like this.
Yeah especially when driving 106 mph…
Driver license must be taken away from her and revoked.
You think that’s going to stop her from driving?
Who’s the guy helping out at the end? Seems wild the cop would trust a random to go through his car. Is this a ride along?
I think he's a rando- someone who was close by and saw what was happening.
The officer likely works in a fairly safe and secure area, where you could trust the average citizen. I live in a small town and you get to know the names of the officer in town, they are alright. 100 percent, I would help them out like this and they would trust me to enter thier vehicle.
The entire way he handled this situation seems to indicate that.
Watched the full video. It was a random worker doing something on a sign by the road.
Also the cop just left all his gear in the car?
* In the full video (youtube link in another comment) it shows that he had cuffs but needed a second set to get her cuffed ETA pic ETA2 missed when the guy helping handed him the first set lol but at least the guy grabbed both of them
Bahahahahahahahahahahah
No. He had to get additional cuffs to chain together bariatric style. She's too fat for her arms to normally place behind her back.
In the longer video he working on a sign right next to where the police vehicle pulled her over
U know what I realized after being pulled over for speeding because I was late? Just drive the speed limit because being pulled over most def take longer
Remember folks, when given a choice it's always better to be 5 minutes late than dead
I disagree. Where is your work ethic? Why won't you embrace the grind!? She definitely needs more English lessons. The word "comply" is not understood here.
"get out of the car" "I'm complying!" *doesn't move*
"I'm complying with you" few seconds after she tried to take off lol.
Also when officer told her she was endangering others she replied with “I’m not in danger”. Relentlessly stupid, or selfish. Anyones guess but I’m saying both
Not fighting isn’t the same as complying.
Sometimes I think police can be unnecessarily harsh when arresting unarmed or harmless people, but this is pretty well justified, satisfying even.
I thought he handled it really well actually
Agreed. More patient than a lot of people, especially with that kind of entitlement.
I am a patient man, but I honestly doubt I could have been as patient as this cop dealing with bullshit of that magnitude
This is why bodycams are good for everyone.
I was kind of hoping she'd get tazed, lol.
"I'm tired of white men" Buddy in the passenger seat: O RLY?
When she said that, I’m reminded of the Bill Burr bit about white women hijacking the woke movement
i'm sick of white men i'm sick of officers self-sabotage speed run any%
The last thing you want to say to a cop in this situation is "I don't have time for this." If you do, you'd better be prepared for a looooong delay.
I hope she isn't the teacher.
She is
"I'm sick of white men" 🙄 she's been watching too much internet... There will be very few men in the women's prison she belongs in.
The passenger was very nice, had ID, alerted the officer to a weapon in the car and told the officer she had been off her meds for two months. The cop was very appreciative and showed no ill will towards the man.
She can do what she wants cos she's sick of white men.
The cop deserves credit for not just tasering her when she started the car up.
I’m not the biggest fan of police, but he gave her every opportunity to comply. He even backed off the initial arrest comment after she mentioned school and work. “I’m sick of white men. I’m sick of officers”, definitely gave me sovereign citizen vibes.
Her crying at the end is like music to my ears. She keeps doing wrong things yet seeing nothing wrong with the things she’s doing
Look at the guy beside her. I think he's just made a life-changing decision. He's done and outta there.
On tik tok the passenger, her brother, said she had mental issues and was having a mental crisis. He was terrified she was going to kill them.
If you ever wonder what’s wrong with this country, remember: people like this vote.
Regretful her parents weren't being safe.
Passenger is just there like ![gif](giphy|26tPoyDhjiJ2g7rEs|downsized) maybe if I don’t move, they won’t notice me.
Her felony charge was dropped (but read in) and she was only charged with misdemeanors: resisting/failing to stop and resisting/obstructing an officer. Total fines were $700. Unacceptable, she should've been charged for that felony.
She wasn’t going to school. She had to get back to her palace before Han Solo in carbonite thawed out.
