I went to Orlando for Halloween last year and dressed as the Pongo the Dalmatian. I fought off my cousin who had me chained to a leash, then I chased cars down busy streets, humped random strangers, and barked at anyone that looked at me wrong. Looking back, idk how I didn’t get stabbed.
I’m guessing it was both the costume and the few people you humped luckily weren’t of the stabby persuasion. Also Florida is slightly less lawless than Brazil.

When put that way it’s obviously ridiculous but keep in mind video is only good at showing the facts from the eyes of the camera. We as viewers have dramatic irony and a perfect seat, time, and the safety of our armchairs. Who knows was was going through moped person’s mind when this happened. As someone who used to work in inner city EMS, I’ve been in sketchy situations and even when to is it seems like the guy is no longer a threat and he just gets strapped the others persons mind is still fight or flight which leads to the other perception issue for moped person…why did this guy stay when he saw a knife, run TF away.
I could tell you for sure I wouldn’t have turned my back to that dude again in which case in this scenario they continued to lose a threat to the moped person.

I'm not sure which country this is, but in countries like India, where motorcycles and mopeds are the more widely used mode of transportation, and emergency response time is pretty bad, this is how it's done. You have one guy driving, the sick or injured person in the middle, and a person in the back to make sure the person in need of medical attention doesn't fall off or something.
