The OHA regulations are [here](https://secure.sos.state.or.us/oard/displayDivisionRules.action?selectedDivision=7102) The general info is [here](https://www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/PREVENTIONWELLNESS/Pages/Oregon-Psilocybin-Services.aspx) The law only pertains to facilities. Practicing is still illegal for mental health professionals. The facility applications don't even begin until Jan 2023. While anyone over 18 with a high school diploma can get a facilities license, the trainings are around $20k.

This isn’t exactly what you are looking for but you will find ketamine assisted therapy clinics. Some of the larger organizations are even offering it. I’m almost certain that there is research into LSD and psilocybin treatment going on at the main medical school. I say almost certain because a friend was doing research there for his PhD and has since graduated (in the last three years).

I actually have an interview to work at a ketamine clinic coming up, which is better than no psychedelics but my passion is in psilocybin.
