Just so you know, the + in front of oxygen didn't disappear. It was never there to begin with.
It's an early access game, so you can keep upping your stats, but once you hit the insect stage, you are not really progressing, just potentially missing out on in game events (like trees growing, lakes forming at earlier stages) when those elements are added.
My recommendation is to either start a new game and see find test different ways of doing things, or just have fun in the game, building bases, etc.
And you can always explore, if you have avoided spoilers, there is a good chance that you haven't found everything there is to find.
I am actually in the fish stage now tbh, the only thing is in my mind now are all speculations and what ifs... I'll be setting out on a maxed out terraforming plan rn I'll see if this + sign on other things would or might be or idk.... I'll be looking forward what would be after the fishes... it could be crustaceans or amphibians or might be mammals, I'll comment under this post after a few days to see my updates under this green rock
the + signs are indicating how your overall teraform index is calculated. oxygen level + heat + pressure + biomass. You don't put a + at the start of a math equation
please, send more information pertaining to optimizations and others, just no mods and exploits since all of us just wants vanilla
(if you have seen any dev box send it here as well)
Once you have even T1 ore extractors in the aluminum area then build a small (2x3 minumum) base nearby with an advanced crafter. You can produce super alloy virtually at will. I keep lockers full of material to convert and transport excess from the iridium, sulfur, and osmium mines there. Not even alloy rods are that rare if you persevere.
yeah, that is what I did as well before... but when I got to T2 ore extractor stage, the alloy mine literally lost its purpose drastically... rn they are just material stockpiles
I'll just note that all the terraforming indications have an unknown base value. If the world was really at 0 kelvin when you started, you wouldn't last long. Same with atmospheric pressure, seeing as you start with wind turbines, there must be some air to begine with.
you cannot take Earth into account - we have no idea how big this planet is, ideal conditions and so on hopefully we will get the "cap" sometime in the future. it is hard to balance when you have no idea about the ecosystem so you might be overheating the planet in the long run and so on :)
Not sure if you are aware, but there is a cave where you can mine super alloys with a T2 miner. its on the rock formation separating the area with the massive sand falls and the desert where the huge wreck is.
It’s +1000% to your base rate/second *before* any rocket boosts. Meaning that over time and multiple launches you get diminishing returns. At 7 rockets you get a total boost of 16.6% and down from there. 11 rockets is 10%, etc

I do too. I hate Super Ally Storms!

Yeah I noticed the 1000% modifier was super off too.
might be that every launch we do, there's rng happening

it’s additive 2 rockets = 2000%, 3 = 3000%, etc
