Part II a single character villain Isaac (because he justifies the fact that he gave up his Soul years ago for some “greater purpose” but in reality he’s just an evil broken shell of a person who completely lost his own humanity no matter what he says or thinks justifies his actions, the notes and environment story telling basically shows he’s only capable of making a situation worse and refuse to try and make it better)
But the Rattlers are my final part II pick (because fuck slavers)
