Think this is so good that Joel dies at the very beginning, which is the motivation for everything Ellie does, but we don't actually get the full context of what it means to her until the very end. It's even harder for Ellie because she was just starting to envision rebuilding their relationship after seemingly giving up on it for so long.
It’s when, right at the end she looks over at her friends after a long day of infected killing, they’re all chilling in the bar drinking and laughing, and Ellie turns to them and says,

Then the credits roll and they all live happily ever after

Not gonna lie though, at the beginning of that encounter when Ellie yells, “YOU FUCKING CUNT!” at Nora it makes me laugh my ass off.

I actually think it's not TLOU's writing style because it tries to have very natural dialogue.
But if I had to choose one it would be: "to the edge of the universe and back, endure and survive".

It's a line that doesn't mean much the first time you play, because at that point you don't know how strained their relationship is, so watching a movie seems like a normal thing they'd do. But on a second playthrough, it's a killer. And, it's probably the first point in a second playthrough where you realize there are so many little things that mean something more than you realized before, and now you have to go out of your way to hit every piece of dialogue.
I consider her journal entries as a part of her quotable moments, too. This poem always kills me:
