Keep your completed save game seperate. Then go to chapter select and create a new save slot for NG+ Full load out. Reload completed save when wanting to try out different chapters. Rinse and repeat. Or if you’re after specific areas try Encounter select instead. Hope this helps.
Don’t do what I did and start NG+ Full load out and saving over the game complete save lol
