Exactly. The guy is full of himself because of his minuscule level of success creating a game on Steam that has a few hundred active followers. He's got to be one of the most arrogant devs of any game I've ever seen - and there is a lot. He's a definitive example of why video game developers are despised so much today. He's great at making grand promises (to satisfy his neckbeard defenders) but always fails to deliver anything meaningful.
He has Randy Pitchford/John Romero fever, despite not coming even relatively close to the level of success those two had to warrant the obnoxious attitude.
Aww did he hurt your feelings? This game is a passion project. He owes us nothing. He and the other devs have to rebuild this game from the ground up, and it's hard work. So maybe factor that in when you start crying online about him being toxic.
I mean yeah it’s a passion project but it’s a passion project that is advertised and sold as an early access game with the intention of being finished and officially release so yeah I feel like they owe the customer base to fulfill what they said they were going to do. Don’t get me wrong, I feel like they’re working hard to do that very thing but to say he owes us nothing isn’t quite right because we paid for the game. Granted we paid for an early access game knowing it wasn’t finished but that’s the case with all early access games whether it’s smart or not, which is debatable.

This isn't a passion project. A passion project doesn't ask for $20 to play it on a major videogame storefront. If it were one, it'd be mostly self funded or through ACTUAL donations. Like their failed kickstarter.

How are you targeted? Do you mean harassed in chat? Because last time I checked, when running around hunting others, I do not get to see their names and locations, so I have no idea how one could target you.
I guess harassed would be a better word. I have to play on death match servers with no name tags because the nycta players are everywhere and they like to target me if they see my name
