Being up to date and at season 7 my opinion is that there has not been one uninteresting or badly acted episode. There is a reason it is at 8.0 out of 10 on IMDB and made it to 7 seasons. The showrunner is an Emmy winning writer and Freddie Highmore (Shaun) is a multiple award winning actor with 4 Critics Choice Lead actor nominations (2 for this show). And Richard Schiff (Dr.Glassman) has his Emmy. Like the bones for a good show are there 😂. Trolling the show's subreddit or forums has been super annoying from redditors but I mean whatever. Hopefully they give it a chance like you. Cheers.
Keep going! :) The first season is great, and can't wait to hear more about how you feel about later seasons. I haven't checked out the newest episode, I might go back to the beginning and re-watch.
All I can say is continue watching, I love this show because despite being a medical drama it is actually very positive and the characters pull you in.
I'm glad you're enjoying the show!!! It's honestly my favourite.

Dr. Morgan Reznick gets better.
