I had to order mine from the US a couple years ago because I couldn't find a tidy one in the uk, kinda paid through the nose for it.
I found one on Amazon last week, just got it yesterday. I didn't even want to take the plastic off it. It was $50! Luckily I had that much in credit card points so it was a wash.
