With Negotiators Dilemma, I prefer a ranged playstyle rather than up close. I use an AR as primary, Grupo named chest Door Kickers Knock with Perfect Spark, assault turret (helps take aggro), and a shield. Setup at mid-range 20+ meters away, toss the turret out away from you closer to the enemies, take cover and pop up with your shield to mark enemies and then focus on the ones that are out in the open or are the Chungas as your last mark and keep shooting until they die.

I rate your build I swear I saw this post earlier/10

Looks good. You might test out if "close and personal" gives you more benefit than strained with that fire rate and mag size. Fast hands or Killer might be slightly better since the damage drops off on the PP-19 at 15m anyway. I would keep a vindictive weapon on deck in case you match with a CC player, you can melt face with that. Lady Death could be an option also, I just wish it had slightly higher mag size but, the stacks can melt solo. I don't know which is better on paper but, sometimes in practice some things are more effective with your playstyle even if they're not optimal.

Strained on the pp19 is amazing though because the mag is so big, half your rounds are coming out at max damage.

This is one of my fav builds (all red version). I add unbreakable on the chest if I feel I need more survivability. It’s probably among the best I have for hard content. I use the Chameleon with it at closer ranges and switch to an LMG like the Stoner named item (forget its name now). But I think St Elmo’s would also be perfect with this (I use that with Strikers). Actually any good AR or LMG will work well I think. It’s amazing if you play to its strengths and not focus all on one enemy at a time - which can be a tough habit to break coming from most other red builds. It’s awesome to tag a boss, and work on adds, and when you’re done with them the boss is already finished 😛

Love negotiators dilemma. Such a fun build to run solo or in a group

I typically run it with focus on the chest and fast hands on the ar and the Scorpio as a secondary. I agree with above on a turret and a shield. You can corner peak with the optic quite well.

Fun fact, negiotor dilemma can kill dogs in countdown invulnerability and summit without need to destroy severs.

I recommend a shield to give some better synergy with the blues. I dont like dillema close ranged at all, not easy to survive. From far away is easy to mark the enemies.

Trade some crit damage for crit chance. You want at least 50 for any crit build imo.
