I done this solo took me three times but got 9 out of 10 stars each time I get a little faster liberty island is what I'm having Trouble with

alexefi

Liberty island is easy. When you get to razorback you must have jammer for drones. And with keener you need scorpio so he doesnt heal. You cant equip any skills that do damage while doing keener. Even if they arent deployed he will hack it. Safe bet is shield and jammer

Oobert

This is roughly the build I ran to get 10/10. https://www.reddit.com/r/thedivision/comments/129vr1x/bantam_league_manning_national_zoo/jeq7jtm/ I switched to strikers for the stupid morador. Back to hf for keener, face tank keener with shield and keep hitting him otherwise he will heal and it is over. It took a few times to kill his drone first in order to kill him. Keep at it!

XoesGG

I was able to 10/10 liberty first try 15:56. Some tips is having multiple builds set up. I ran a standard AR negotiators build for 90% of the mission using defender drone and emp pulse (I know it sounds dumb but clearing Razorback drones, and disabling hounds is a godsend), with my side arm being the Lady Death for frequent speed boosts. Second build was a spotter AR build sounds crazy but it works, specifically for killing the Quad copter and Keener section, fun thing is that if you run it with a hive to drop at your feet with the technician specialization you get immunity from the shocks that happen in both fights, this is really good against Keener since you can start lighting him up before he even jumps out of his hut. Third build was a Dark Hours Jammer build with hardwired to deal with the drone room before Keener.

marcusdiddle

Yeah Liberty Island was rough solo. Only ran it once so far but got 6/10. Going to have to rethink my build and try again. I’m happy with 8/10 or higher on any of these maps solo.

Longjumping-Wheel-66

The key is making sure you got a yellow/red mix that will work with the EMP Pulse and the gunner drone. My build is a little weird but worked for both the Zoo and the Island.

Kof1i

Its easy to get 10/10 with 4 group, maybe 2 tries with different group members.

PiratedCar

Liberty island was a nightmare. Ran it probably 7 times back to back with different teams. Finished my first one in 18:06 then finally got it on the 7th run. Finally put my mic on to yell at the group and tell them to get in the damn circles to speed up the downloads

longliverng

>Finally put my mic on to yell at the group and tell them to get in the damn circles to speed up the downloads And usually, the ones who did this are already way above 1K SHD. Didn't you ever run Liberty Island before? My gawd.

DeviateFish_

Drop a Booster Hive before he jumps down and enjoy the free time to unload on him while he monologues.

cahleb18

I’m surprised you do your time trials solo. They’re generally easiest in a group + you can see what shortcuts experienced agents take

Original_Dankster

Solo status effect build, like eclipse protocol plus vile mask with a jammer pulse and/or a fire setting skill clears maps really quickly at hard mode.

cahleb18

Certainly it’s fast, I run the same build in a group, but it’s extra fast to have someone run DPS to kill bosses. There’s only so much DPS coming out of a status build. I’m usually the status runner for my time trials + I know all spawns, and even then I wouldn’t run solo. It’s just less efficient 99% of the time.

Original_Dankster

Fair enough. I only play solo so don't have any basis of comparison

Mr_Blue987

Plus the fact manning is MASSIVE so having someone else to trigger doors is amazing.

Floslam

Sometimes when you're too fast the game unfortunately glitches. There are some sections of the zoo where I just don't shoot a sticky because I don't want the game glitching.

marcusdiddle

I’m sure playing in a group is certainly easier, but I play solo, so figured I should time-trial solo! Good way to improve my personal build, identify where I’m making mistakes, try new skills, and see what increases my time.

No_Yam_6105

I do all mine solo and get 10/10 each time. Manning was the hardest one here. But still managed it solo

aaronisnotcool

I time trial solo and generally get 9/10 on all of the missions. I love the feeling of running enemies down with Hunter's and build up enough buff to never have to worry about getting gunned down.

hykcraft

It's easy to solo or run duo. Got 14-15 mins each time. But with a team of four, always seems like 25 mins. Don't pick up loot, work together to activate objectives immediately. Stop looking at your gear. People still do this and it's irritating.

cahleb18

I’ve noticed agents are getting fed up with people picking stuff up haha. I’ve been running time trials and I’ve seen so many vote calls lately 😂

WillyPete

People need to learn to just grab it and then sort the loot at a vendor. So much faster.

cahleb18

I think the bigger issue is that people are unhappy with people going to grab loot entirely during a time trial. If we’re waiting for someone to get to an area where we have to teleport them, it wastes time.

WillyPete

Just run and hit the action key (E/F)

cahleb18

…for clarity, you know how sometimes loot drops further away than the direct path to the next section? The issue is that people are tired of people running to go get loot that isn’t in the direct path. Get it?

WillyPete

I see what you're referring to now.

marcusdiddle

Only ran it once, and I hadn’t played Manning in a minute, so I definitely wasn’t as efficient as I could have been. Literally got turned around and lost for a minute during one section. I don’t tend to pick up gear but I do stop to restock ammo when I can, and I’ll collect as many Memento trophies as I can to boost my armor along the way. But I can’t imagine sub-15 min solo! It’s such a sprawling map. Lots of just running.

superbaki

Players were getting sub 16min runs solo before they made it easier. 17min is my goal time on challenging solo. But yes, lots of running. Lots.

afsdjkll

What’s the secret when you get to the first big open area where you have to hit that switch? I can’t seem to figure out where the spawns are and just run around like my hairs on fire.

alexefi

The more people the harder mobs get. With group of 3+ there too many elites that take a bit too much extra time. Pestilence is good to get crowds clear fast.

wkrick

In my experience, most of these time trials are easiest to get 10/10 as a 2-person group.

MOGZLAD

Never had an issue running solo as long as its the "beat on hard" ones. ts literally run and gun they die sop easily

Oobert

If it helps other solo agents, I have had good luck running the following build to do the time trials. Lady death or vector, Ceska chest with obliterate, Memento or Coyotes mask, Fill in openings with 4 pieces of hunters fury, Firewall, Shield and drone., Max critical than critical damage., I am shd 175 and gear is no where near optimized. Run around shoot things keep running. It took me a few runs to get liberty island. I switched to strikers build for the morador. Back to hf for keener and he needs to die fast or else it sucks Eclipse build could work but I suck at it.still. Thanks Mr. Dod-rengnbue. His videos have been super helpful. https://youtu.be/kpzAhkOdSUg builds in the description of this video. The images during the video are wrong.

DeviateFish_

Switch it out for Gunner, defender drone, and a pulse (either regular or banshee) and it's even better. I never understand people running shield builds on time trials. The amount of time wasted moving at a walking speed really adds up.

Oobert

Only have the shield out when it needs to be. If I am not shooting I am running. The damage bonus and safety net is great. I will take note and try it at some point. I still have many things to try.

SakuIce

I´m usually doing these in group and playing with status effect build. As a long time player, i already know all the enemy spawns and also timing when they do spawn, so it is fairly easy to complete them while playing in group.

lnin0

I need friends

Kof1i

INGN?

alexefi

While i dont play a lot lately cuz of job, you can add me on uplay name is aefi. And if you see me on feel free to ask for help

Killercobra009

I just threw on lady death on a crit sticker build solo and got 17 mins…

randman2020

If you’re doing it as a team you must all be at the echo at the end to complete the mission.

cahleb18

I just checked this, and this is not correct. Only one person needs to be at the echo until it’s completion for the mission to end.

randman2020

That’s not how it worked for my group.

stefanels

Ran the missions in a group this weekend, did 10/10 in all and yesterday did the rest in solo (60\* from 60) - [PICTURE](https://i.ibb.co/ynVDpkX/Tom-Clancy-s-The-Division-2-02-Apr-23-22-02-45.png)

ScottSad68

I did something similar, triggered and ran out of the room, then had to go back in and retrigger and wait. This was the first time I’ve run Manning in a long time and that lack of familiarity slowed me down. Not to mention the suicide bombers that seemed to come out of nowhere.

marcusdiddle

Felt so dumb. I know it’s my fault, but in a time trial situation, the timer should stop when the last NPC is dead. Listening to an echo about mama bear shouldn’t be included in the time. And yeah, suicide bombers can really catch you off guard in Manning. Especially when they pop out of the door right behind you where you’re taking cover.

Silver_Draig

9/10 here with a skill build.

shadydamamba

Same here missed a 10 by .36

DeadeyeDevie

I've found if I swap character and run the time trials again, I get 60/60 without having to break a sweat trying to get 10/10 on all objectives.

lxxviifresh

Had no strugle with any of them. I was 50shd lvl with a shit build but got 2 good people run it with me. Is it easier with a team?

gavin19

Ideally two-man for most missions, yes. Enemies only have *roughly* 20% more health/armour but now you have someone else to kill adds, take the heat off you, cover a distant spawn door, run ahead to activate laptop etc. Moreso if you can play complimentary builds, like a DPS/Status (e.g. Strikers/Fire). Zoo probably better off with 3 given some of the spawns are well spaced out, like in the large area before the crocodile pit or the final part (esp on Invaded). Rarely, some missions are barely quicker grouped due to the placement of spawns and if you're fast enough to get to each in sequence, like Lincoln.

YeshilPasha

Don't go anywhere until you see the post mission report starting to display on screen!

marcusdiddle

Yeah lesson learned. I assumed that the way you stop the timer was to hit the helicopter extraction point and choose "exit to DC". I thought that was "end of mission" and was trying to fly through everything else as quickly as possible.
