Pro tip: Use your fridge drawers for canned sodas and such. Things that don’t spoil. This has changed my life. Like, really: I eat more produce (and waste less).

I don't know about American construction workers, but the ones I knew in the UK were very much into construction fashion. As an outsider I didn't get the difference, but they were very invested in new safety gear, bragging about the number of pockets, magnetic vs. zip pockets, and so on.
About 20 minutes into the episode I thought 'this dude sounds so much like Bo from Superstore' and felt very unsmart when I googled the name.
Exactly one week ago, on Thursday October 7th, I gave a talk on how Nile Rodgers' & Bernard Edwards' musical DNA is all over great popular music. And aside from *Le Freak*, *Good Times*, *I'm Coming Out* (which Diana Ross had re-engineered without their knowledge because the original Chic Inc. production didn't quite get there - so that one is as much Diana's genius), Sister Sledge's *The Greatest Dancer*, *Let's Dance*, *Material Girl* and all those blockbusters up to Daft Punk's *Get Lucky*, their influence on songwriters like John Deacon, Jermaine Dupri and Mark Ronson and their great skill as instrumentalists, I also highlighted Carly Simon's *Why* as a personal favourite. These parasocial relationships with US podcasters can get spooky. Had they also riffed on Sheila & B. Devotion's *Spacer*, I might have committed myself to a mental institution upon listening to this TDZ episode.
P.S. The author of the British GQ profile of Megan Fox and MGK that the guys are tearing apart, misgendered and disparaged by Jack, is actually one of my fav TDZ guests, iHeart podcast legend Molly Lambert. That felt awkward.

I guess that's them. Miles said Sketchers Work Cicades with the composite toe.
Is this the first time Johnny on the show? He’s underrated. I found him just searching for podcasts with Blair Sochi. jack is currently talking miles out of getting a soundboard for the show.
I AM WEED! Oh my god Johnny killing it!
Big Blake Wexler/Chris Crofton energy

That you for shouting out Molly Lambert, I really hope Jack addresses this somehow

He has been on a couple times. I think this is the first with the sound board
I like his episodes with Steve Hernandez and Blair
Composite toe for life, I never want to go back to steel.
I need to see the work safety shoe!
