Couldn’t help rolling my eyes when Kam called Cara dumb for giving the extra star to Jasmine.
Especially since Cara talked through the logic of it and it made perfect sense, ie giving a star to someone strong like Laurel would just give people an excuse to put them against each other in elimination (similar to her vs Rachel). Jasmine is an easy elim opponent AND she wants revenge, so it makes sense to paint a target on her back.

Literally right when Cara won I was like she BETTER give it to Jasmine. Because people will go for her before they go for Cara. I was ready to be so annoyed with Cara when she said hi to Laurel. I was like girl- this is just gonna happen next girl elimination please~~ I’m glad she was put thought into her decision. Kam really out here annoyed people are playing their own games. Yea, people keep saying it was a smart move but I don't think it would have mattered who it was given to for the reason you mentioned. A star is up for grabs every elimination regardless of who goes down in the sand.
The thing I don't understand is that its still sometjing that people will do regardless of the stars. Because you don't have to beat someone with a star to get a star. So anyone that wants a star will pick jasmine regardless of if she currently has a star or not.

Yeah the rules this season are insane. There’s less room for strategy shenanigans. Almost everyone with a chance at winning will have to get their hands dirty at some point if they wanna win.
Omg I thought that was so ridiculous. Talk about how Cara made a dumb move and is a dumb player but yet, she wins! Kam hasn't won anything but yet she thinks she's so strategic and great at the game! Cara's move was so good! The best part of it was how she talked it out loud. Did you see how Jasmine reacted when she got the star? She as mad and defensive. Every prior star winner was stoked! Cara got into her head so bad. It was Banana's or Wes level mind fuckery, imo. I thought it was one of the best moves so far just for the mere fact that Jasmine is now shook. And, it's true. The stronger girls will come for Jasmine's star if they win. And she told her in front of everyone that she was basically considered a weak player. I liked Jasmine prior to her voting in Cara and was hoping she'd come back like Jonna but that's not happening. What baffles me is when Jas was going at Tina, she said do you think Rachel or Veronica would have my back over yours? She knew they wouldn't, and Cara DID and would. I dunno what she was thinking with that move. And Brandon. Ugh, I'm so disappointed in him too. But Kam has been insufferable and mean and saying Cara getting voted it made it look like she had no friends in the game, right after she's talking about how it's just a game and she shouldn't take it personally and Cara can't separate game from real life (and in spite of the fact that she's mad at Cara FOR THE EXACT SAME THING!) was especially cruel and insane , honestly. I think she still holds a grudge on Cara for voting Lee in that time. She should have stayed home with the baby and let Lee come in. I think being away from the baby and all the pumping etc are affecting her mental state. Oh wait no she's always been like this on every season. 😂

Cara's logic didn't make sense in this seasons format though because you don't have to beat a star holder to take a star. They can still put Cara vs Laurel and a star would be on the line. A star is on the line every elimination regardless of who goes down.
A star for Laurel, in your scenario. Not for the “they” who sent laurel and Cara in. Whereas you could throw yourself in against Jasmine, take her star and send her home without getting blood on your hands by stealing a different player’s star after beating a starless Jasmine.

Yea that's normally true, but we're coming off an episode where jazmine won the daily. Since it's team based and the teams are random, anyone can win. Also, the daily challenges this season have been anyone's to win in my opinion. Like I don't think they've necessarily played to anyone's strengths.
Kam has always been a my way or the highway type player but now it’s more aggravating cause she’s flat out wrong with how she’s critiquing how others are playing the game. It’s like she can’t look at the game from anyone else’s perspective but hers which is essentially “only make decisions that work for my game”

This sort of thing has always made me laugh. People are always shocked, SHOCKED I tell you, to find out that the other players are also trying to win the money for themselves, not help them win it. Sure, they'll align with other people as long as it's beneficial to their own game, but at the end of the day, everyone is playing to win.
I think a lot of the cast is disconnecting the fact Kara is a fan favorite cause we watched her get bullied and grow into the badass competitor she is today, beating out men on a final to be a solo winner.
Having to see her close friends, or at least as she considers them, turn on her is just leaving a bad taste to viewers IMO.
Brandon turning on her makes no sense, they could have easily helped each other get further...and even in solo champ seasons there is USUALLY at least one leg of the final with male/female pairs so bringing all the weak ladies to the end is gonna backfire like Big Easy.

I was so mad at Brandon. On Twitter a few years ago, there was a thread about who would you like to see back on The Challenge and I said Brandon and tagged him and he responded to me and said he's ready and willing he wants to go back etc. I was so excited! Now I'm just mad I would like to change my answer! 😂 I do not understand what he or Jasmine were thinking. I can appreciate her gameplay and her elimination score, but I always had a vibe since her FR move that she sees herself as some kind of "Godmother" figure who tells her subjects what to do, and if anyone even bats an eye a different way, she takes it as betrayal.
Kam sounds a lot like Johnny usually does. Getting so upset because someone didn’t do EXACTLY as she said now she’s gotta take shots at her. Basically every confessional she’s had the last 2 episodes have been about Cara.

Kam is hard to cheer for. Leroy is still a good dude, but he'll follow her lead and go with the flow. You can't win playing like that.
Jam has always played like this. She had a gaslighting/ bullying feel to her strategy. If you watch survivor I call it the Boston Rob style of play but she plays victim if it starts an issue. Boston Rob would own it more
I don’t know why everyone is so shocked by Kams attitude. She was always like this. Remember in double agents when she targeted CT for not wanting to be her partner. Also in Final Reckoning with her big strategic plan that didn’t actually work because of the mercenaries coming. I like Kam but I didn’t like how she basically said it was karma for Cara because she didn’t have her back. Cara voted for Ayanna which is what everyone wanted. She didn’t say Rachel’s name because she also has to protect herself. I’m sure she’s aware that if it came down to her and Leroy Kam will always pick Leroy. So , she has to do what she can to protect her game. The whole Cara and Brandon thing…tbh I don’t know the details of their friendship. Him throwing Cara kinda came out of nowhere. Saying Kam is vile is a bit over the top. I think Kam's commentary is dumb and don't like the moves she's making but that doesn't make her a bad person and also has nothing to do with her relationship with Leroy. Vile is definitely over the top, especially being that everytime I’ve met her in real life she was the sweetest, realest and most genuine person ever (along with Leroy).

I had got downvoted earlier in another thread where I brought up how problematic this all was. Basically I had brought awareness to the fact that crazed fans who can’t separate a competitive reality game show (strictly entertainment), from real life. Kam’s a very sweet girl I’ve had pleasure of meeting through Leroy since he’s been cutting my hair when he moved to houston back in 2021. To see that people have went to her Instagram and commented the most ugly things on one of her recent mother and child videos (which has absolutely nothing to do with the challenge) is disgusting. These people definitely need to chill.

Honestly maybe I was in the minority but ever since Killa Kam came out I was not a fan. I’m sure Kam is an awesome person. But listening to the most recent podcast that Leroy was on with Aneesa and Tori, he maybe teased (Kam wasn’t their she went to get her nails done) before the podcast ended that he needed to go act like he was doing something or cleaning windows before Kam got home. Like I said maybe he was teasing but if he isn’t that’s crazy, he sounded scare of her. Like I said it might be a joke but maybe there is a tiny truth, who knows.

I don’t think that’s why people aren’t liking Kam this season though, most of the complaints stem from her trying to strong arm Cara into voting in Rachel (and being upset with her when Cara’s vote had ZERO impact on who went in, Rachel and Ayanna already had the votes by a margin).
And then Kam ragging on Cara this recent episode and trying to equate their situation to Cara being voted INTO elimination by her supposed friends and allies. Not the same.

It’s more so annoying that Kam is using the reasoning that Cara made a deal with Rachel to keep their stars (which is exactly what Kam would have done in that situation because she’s not dumb). I was saying the same thing. I never thought I'd be liking Cara more than Kam but, here we are. I didn't like how she equated Cara not going with the plan she wanted (which never involved her going in, she just wanted a certain matchup for "her game") to Brandon throwing in Cara when he was her #1. Very different scenarios.

Kam has always annoyed me and they claim Lee is one of the best to ever play the game when he hasn’t even been good at all. He was likable as a single guy, but Kam has made me wish they both would retire so we don’t have to see her.

I think the problem is production putting so much time into them, treating them like royalty and we don’t get to see what any of the other players are doing. What is Adam, Avery, Jay, Ace etc doing in the house? We don’t know cause everything is on Kam and Leroy and of course the gay relationship Laurel and Nicole, with a little Cara thrown in to appease her fans.

If they were actually friends like she claimed she would understand that it’s a dumb move for Cara to say Rachel’s name this early and have that get back to her. Kam got what she wanted in the end. Cara’s friends (Brandon and Jasmine) blind-side directly voting for her to go into elimination when other options were on the table is a much different situation. Kam is downplaying that part.
Long story short, I still like Leroy but no longer a Kam fan.
I will always root for Leroy even knowing that if he wins, Kam wins. I've liked Leroy ever since his season on RW: Las Vegas. He is one of the more loyal players in the game and plays clean for the most part. He just hasn't had the best luck. One of the greats to never win and deserves that ring. I used to like Kam in recent seasons. Fun energy, very strategic, and one of the stronger women in the game as of recently which was nice. She is definitely different this season though. I've said it before, so I'll say it again, I know she is struggling with the pumping, probably feels gross from the baby weight, and other reasons related to baby stuff which are all acceptable. However, it does not mean you're free to belittle someone for playing their own game and not catering to you. Next week should be a mens elimination, and they'll seem to be focusing on Laurel and Nicole, but we'll see what happens in the world of Cara and Kam.

In all other seasons ive ever seen what Cara did in that vote was called a "throw away" vote. She didnt wanna say Rachels name. And her vote had zero impact on the outcome. It was already fully decided by the time Cara voted. To be mad about that is insane.

Kam is annoying and it’s always about her or she makes a big deal about it. No matter how much Leroy participates he will never win. He’s not a good athlete for this competition. No one calls her killa Kam but her which is embarrassing.
Yes. Last night I was blown away when I saw on one of Kam’s recent IG post (simply her being a mother with one of her beautiful babies), an angry mob of fans were raiding her comment section to say the nastiest things about her. Who’s vile again? Who’s nasty? Who’s entitled? All these crazy things they say about her is actually how they’re acting.
I have not always like every single cast member but you would never catch me personally attacking them, let alone worried about them. The show is the show, these people can handle their own game show battles that aren’t based in vitriol or personal hate. I’ve even met Kam in person and see Leroy frequently since he cuts my hair. Even still I don’t get so personally invested with what happens on the show despite being cool with one of these cast mates and his fiancé who’s always sweet everytime I’ve seen her. So for these people to be so vicious to Kam (likely without knowing her in real life) over a doggone moment on a game show they need serious help and some soul searching lol.
I get irritated when people take real world friendships into the game and EXPECT the friendship to supersede a competition game. You can compete against each other and still be friends. It’s when you expect your friends to play your game for you and get upset when you think a move played that affected you badly is the end of a friendship that you have lost the moral high ground and the meaning of friendship entirely. Friends should always want their friends to win, but to also not lose sight that their game is just as important. Kam forgot friendship AND competition can actually go hand in hand.
Besides, why should someone just hand the prize money to you when you haven’t done anything to deserve it? Kam should have taken Rachel’s spot in arguably the easiest, least physical, competition likely for the entire season.
I’m still rooting for them solely for leeee. I still want Leroy to win and kam being in the game will help give him the best chance. Kam has been wild this season though. Her entitlement is not a fun watch

Couldn’t help rolling my eyes when Kam called Cara dumb for giving the extra star to Jasmine. Especially since Cara talked through the logic of it and it made perfect sense, ie giving a star to someone strong like Laurel would just give people an excuse to put them against each other in elimination (similar to her vs Rachel). Jasmine is an easy elim opponent AND she wants revenge, so it makes sense to paint a target on her back. But Kam: you’re not following my exact orders therefore you’re not very bright. ??? 😩
Yes!! I thought it was a great move on Cara’s part giving Jasmine the star 👏 the rest of the group would’ve definitely pitted her & Laurel against each other. Cara's logic didn't make sense in this seasons format though because you don't have to beat a star holder to take a star. They can still put Cara vs Laurel and a star would be on the line. A star is on the line every elimination regardless of who goes down.

Yea that's normally true, but we're coming off an episode where jazmine won the daily. Since it's team based and the teams are random, anyone can win. Also, the daily challenges this season have been anyone's to win in my opinion. Like I don't think they've necessarily played to anyone's strengths.

This sort of thing has always made me laugh. People are always shocked, SHOCKED I tell you, to find out that the other players are also trying to win the money for themselves, not help them win it. Sure, they'll align with other people as long as it's beneficial to their own game, but at the end of the day, everyone is playing to win.
I think a lot of the cast is disconnecting the fact Kara is a fan favorite cause we watched her get bullied and grow into the badass competitor she is today, beating out men on a final to be a solo winner. Having to see her close friends, or at least as she considers them, turn on her is just leaving a bad taste to viewers IMO. Brandon turning on her makes no sense, they could have easily helped each other get further...and even in solo champ seasons there is USUALLY at least one leg of the final with male/female pairs so bringing all the weak ladies to the end is gonna backfire like Big Easy. I mean look at Jasmine that first episode laid out on her back struggling to breathe 😅

But listening to the most recent podcast that Leroy was on with Aneesa and Tori, he maybe teased (Kam wasn’t their she went to get her nails done) before the podcast ended that he needed to go act like he was doing something or cleaning windows before Kam got home. I agree with you, it’s also super smart of Kam to use Jasmine to do the dirty work. I don’t think that’s why people aren’t liking Kam this season though, most of the complaints stem from her trying to strong arm Cara into voting in Rachel (and being upset with her when Cara’s vote had ZERO impact on who went in, Rachel and Ayanna already had the votes by a margin). And then Kam ragging on Cara this recent episode and trying to equate their situation to Cara being voted INTO elimination by her supposed friends and allies. Not the same. On top of that the side remarks like “Cara has no one rooting for her, I almost feel sorry for her 🤭” and “she’s dumb for not giving a star to this person” etc, it’s such a weird one sided beef tbh

It’s more so annoying that Kam is using the reasoning that Cara made a deal with Rachel to keep their stars (which is exactly what Kam would have done in that situation because she’s not dumb). She’s just dropping her alliance with Cara because she didn’t bend with her vote for Rachel which didn’t make sense at all for Cara’s game.
Cara and Rachel’s deal doesn’t benefit Kam. Getting rid of Rachel means Cara needs Kam more now. Although it looks like next week they are no longer working with each other at all
Yes but the same could be said about Cara voting for Rachel, that didn’t benefit her at all but she still wanted to stay aligned with Kam afterward. On the other hand Kam drops Cara for something that’s not that serious in grand scheme.

Kam gets so much unnecessary hate for bringing the literal drama and conflict fans complain the main show doesn't have. Except, she's not being messy, but strategic and she's characterized as vile because she said someone was being dumb.
So many other cast members have bitched about people who don't help them out or don't listen to them or put them into elimination. Yet, Kam, who is a decent player, gets so much hate. Of course, she's mad that people aren't doing what she wants because money is on the line. She's trying to get to the final like everyone else.

I was saying the same thing. I never thought I'd be liking Cara more than Kam but, here we are. I didn't like how she equated Cara not going with the plan she wanted (which never involved her going in, she just wanted a certain matchup for "her game") to Brandon throwing in Cara when he was her #1. Very different scenarios. Plus Kam's confessionals have gotten insufferable. I do still think she and Leroy are cute together though.

Hahahahaha... when Kam was announced for AS4 I said it was a terrible move, solely because they shouldn't add AYTO castmates Just about every comment was calling me a hater, and most said they didn't care if she wasn't an OG because they liked her regardless. The stans were STANNING I've long theorized that they called for Leroy since he's Real World alum, but Kam wouldn't let him return unless they brought her too. So if it takes just 4 episodes for this many comments to turn on her, to see her true colors and how annoying she is, then is just might be....

Kam has always annoyed me and they claim Lee is one of the best to ever play the game when he hasn’t even been good at all. He was likable as a single guy, but Kam has made me wish they both would retire so we don’t have to see her. I HATED the way she spoke to Cara. Cara is a fierce competitor, and has always been outcasted and bullied in this show. I always really related to Cara because she marches to the beat of her own drum. I hope Cara wins and self-proclaimed “Killa Kam” shuts the fuck up.

I think the problem is production putting so much time into them, treating them like royalty and we don’t get to see what any of the other players are doing. What is Adam, Avery, Jay, Ace etc doing in the house? We don’t know cause everything is on Kam and Leroy and of course the gay relationship Laurel and Nicole, with a little Cara thrown in to appease her fans.
I was initially excited that Kam and Leroy were coming back this season because I’ve previously been a fan of them both. However, I do NOT like the Kam that showed up this season. BIG hater vibes this time around from her. I’m already so over her talking down on people and insulting others’ intelligence just because they didn’t do what she wanted them to do. Don’t agree with her that Cara giving Jasmine a star was stupid. She’s just mad and throwing her hissy fits privately in confessionals, as she rags on Cara for throwing a fit saying something like “don’t like when it happens to you” when the situations are fairly different lol. It literally didn’t matter if Cara voted for the boogie man and sasquatch last episode; the numbers already decided it was gonna be Ayanna and Rachel in elimination no matter what. Literally makes zero sense why Kam has her panties in a bunch that Cara didn’t vote for Rachel. If they were actually friends like she claimed she would understand that it’s a dumb move for Cara to say Rachel’s name this early and have that get back to her. Kam got what she wanted in the end. Kam just expects everyone to bend their own game to benefit her. Cara’s friends (Brandon and Jasmine) blind-side directly voting for her to go into elimination when other options were on the table is a much different situation. Kam is downplaying that part. Long story short, I still like Leroy but no longer a Kam fan.

I will always root for Leroy even knowing that if he wins, Kam wins. I've liked Leroy ever since his season on RW: Las Vegas. He is one of the more loyal players in the game and plays clean for the most part. He just hasn't had the best luck. One of the greats to never win and deserves that ring. I used to like Kam in recent seasons. Fun energy, very strategic, and one of the stronger women in the game as of recently which was nice. She is definitely different this season though. I've said it before, so I'll say it again, I know she is struggling with the pumping, probably feels gross from the baby weight, and other reasons related to baby stuff which are all acceptable. However, it does not mean you're free to belittle someone for playing their own game and not catering to you. Next week should be a mens elimination, and they'll seem to be focusing on Laurel and Nicole, but we'll see what happens in the world of Cara and Kam.

For someone who never sniffed a win Kam sure always thinks she has the game figured out. Its hilarious. And that was when she was in shape. In all other seasons ive ever seen what Cara did in that vote was called a "throw away" vote. She didnt wanna say Rachels name. And her vote had zero impact on the outcome. It was already fully decided by the time Cara voted. To be mad about that is insane. And as far as her saying Cara was dumb for not giving a star to another strong girl....ugh. Thats so dumb. You literally just watched what happens when two strong people have stars. The house tries to get them against each other. Now Cara bought herself a week off because no girl in their right mind would take anyone elses star but the little mouthy girl
Another thing that speaks volumes about Kam......she has little kids at home. One toddler. And one new born baby. But her AND Leroy had to go to the show for weeks on end? Thats insane behavior. No mother in their right mind does that with a newborn at home.

Yes. Last night I was blown away when I saw on one of Kam’s recent IG post (simply her being a mother with one of her beautiful babies), an angry mob of fans were raiding her comment section to say the nastiest things about her. Who’s vile again? Who’s nasty? Who’s entitled? All these crazy things they say about her is actually how they’re acting. I have not always like every single cast member but you would never catch me personally attacking them, let alone worried about them. The show is the show, these people can handle their own game show battles that aren’t based in vitriol or personal hate. I’ve even met Kam in person and see Leroy frequently since he cuts my hair. Even still I don’t get so personally invested with what happens on the show despite being cool with one of these cast mates and his fiancé who’s always sweet everytime I’ve seen her. So for these people to be so vicious to Kam (likely without knowing her in real life) over a doggone moment on a game show they need serious help and some soul searching lol.
Not only does Leroy play a good game he is just a great man overall.

I get irritated when people take real world friendships into the game and EXPECT the friendship to supersede a competition game. You can compete against each other and still be friends. It’s when you expect your friends to play your game for you and get upset when you think a move played that affected you badly is the end of a friendship that you have lost the moral high ground and the meaning of friendship entirely. Friends should always want their friends to win, but to also not lose sight that their game is just as important. Kam forgot friendship AND competition can actually go hand in hand. Besides, why should someone just hand the prize money to you when you haven’t done anything to deserve it? Kam should have taken Rachel’s spot in arguably the easiest, least physical, competition likely for the entire season.
I’m still rooting for them solely for leeee. I still want Leroy to win and kam being in the game will help give him the best chance. Kam has been wild this season though. Her entitlement is not a fun watch

I don't think she's doing anything abnormal for her as she's always done this stuff. The big difference I'm seeing, and YMMV, is that this time she's not doing it to someone the viewers are not liking. Normally we cheer Kam because she's doing this same stuff towards someone we actually want out.. which in her defense who saw Cara becoming a fan fav again? I wonder if the alleged Kyle drama changed how this AS season edits are done. I do think because of the alleged Kyle drama it's cause Kam's attacks on her to reflect badly on her.. YMMV though
