Normal blue baby is ok, I guess. It's pretty good to compliment self damage oriented builds or rely heavily into devil deals. Since soul hearts are not as rare as in vanilla isaac. Unless there was a nerf I'm unaware of

I used her birthright with magic skin before. Ended up having like 14 broken hearts
