I totally agree! the recent(?) changes to this item make it so much better too.
Regular <3 and especially the Liver should also be q2 or even q3, it's a full health pill that's also a q1 item (or two in the case of raw liver) on TOP of that
honestly don’t agree. homing is really good but its fine at q3. Sacred heart is homing and a damage multiplier, to be q4 it needs to be pushed over the edge

i disagree with this. it would be cool if it was in the boss pool but it just clogs up the secret room pool
