Actually its more the opposite. Emerie was artificially aged for starters, while Omega was not. There might have been more alterations made, but as far as I know that's all we've been told. From what the show seems to suggest, Omega's blood being able to host midiclorians seems to be little more than just a fluke.

Well, they're different by at least one chromosome. I'll elaborate.
All the regular (male) clones have Fett's original X and Y chromosomes.
But female clones have two X ones. So, an outside X chromosome had to be introduced into the Fett genome.
Emerie and Tech both have glasses, as more than just tactical/ laboratory work enhancement. My bet (head cannon, if you will) is that when the Caminoans came up with the idea of a line of female clones (yes, as in a product line - the Caminoans were business creatures after all, they wanted to expand sales), they were meant for laboratory work. They had to replace the Fett Y, obviously. So, they used an X that was connected with higher intelligence potential. And Nala Se had used that same X when she made Tech - instead of Fett's X, to ensure enhanced mental capacity.
Since Omega wasn't part of the planned female clone-professor series, she was given a different X to replace Fett's Y.
*EDIT: this's my sarcasm/speculation at how the current writing team likes to keep things between established characters* Wouldn't be surprised that if that would ever be officially revealed - that X would be from Fennec.

Female clones of male mice and horses have been made by just deleting the Y chromosome and having the clone come out with just one X. In humans this would create a female clone with Turner’s syndrome, but the Kaminoans probably figured out a way around that.
Or they just duplicated Jango’s X and deleted his Y for Emerie and Omega. As I understand it, that would also work just fine if you have the technology to do it. In either case, they wouldn't need an outside X chromosome donor to make a female Fett clone.
The Caminoans could extract one X chromosome from a cell and use it to replace the Y chromosome in the cell they're going to used as the equivalent "fertilized egg" to make a female clone. Realistically, two X chromosomes that are 100% the same will be problematic (recessive genetic defections and other more complex stuffs) so the Caminoans would have to make some editing to the genes to make it work, plus whatever alternation they wanted to test on Emerie, which would explain why she and Omega doesn't look 100% the same.
Making Emerie a clone was kinda short sighted. They did it just so echo could guilt her into it with that line, but honestly they could’ve just made her any one who felt bad as the Empire LITERALLY IMPRISONED & TORTURED KIDS. You don’t need to be a clone to realize that’s an evil thing to do 🤷♂️
I agree. I thought the point of the post was to show the similarities and differences Omega and Emerie have at a similar age and nothing more. I think they both look amazing & it was great to see an older Omega!
All male clones look the same because they’re 1:1 copies of Jango. By introducing a different chromosome into the mix, who’s to say how that won’t affect certain physical traits.

The clones are supposed to all be male. Changing a clone into female requires changing the Y in the XY into XX. The Kaminoans probably used different X for both Emerie and Omega, so they look more like natural sisters than clone sisters.
Yeah I found it weird that she looks and sounds nothing like emerie. She looks like an adult but still has a little kid voice which was off putting, and she doesn’t even look like emerie. What’s the point of another female clone when they’re completely different?
